After those reviews, the Service Department Manager reached out to me personally, listened to my concerns, and assured me they were working to improve. I'm happy to say they have! I recently brought my daughter's Toyota in for a scheduled 1:00 p.m. oil change and routine maintenance. In the past, even with an appointment, a simple oil change could take nearly three hours. This visit was a completely different experience. The service was completed in just over an hour, and I received text updates throughout the appointment letting me know the progress. It's easy to write a negative review when things go wrong, but it's just as important to recognize when a business takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. I truly appreciate the efforts of the Service Department Manager and his team for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. They've earned this five-star review, and I hope they continue providing this level of service to all of their customers. Thank you!

When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

Shawn and Copperhead diesel were a god send for me…read more I had a mystery noise, I am from Northern Ca and was concerned about making the drive home so I called Copperhead and Shawn, who was completely swamped, still got my truck in. Come to find out the noise was it's own problem (and not detrimental for my drive) but my water pump was out (why are water pumps always out?!). Shawn gave me affordable options (as affordable as a damn diesel can be at least) and we found the best way to do the repair to make sure I made it home without going over kill. He could have over sold me, he could have tried to tell me I couldn't make it home without the whole project done (which of course I would have called BS on because I'm kinda snappy like that) and he could have also turned me away because his shop was so busy. Well no wonder the shop was busy because they are bad ass!

That's not what they said when they told me 6000. Never said it could be more. Would not have had them do the work if they would have been honest up front. I paid for their expected expertise and experience, but got scammed instead. 6000 for nothing. 6000 got me a still broken truck with the same issue and an argument about how it was done right? Scam artist. I'm out over 6000 and a truck? BEWARE!

I was told my Jeep would…read morebe repaired using factory/OEM replacement parts, but when another shop inspected my vehicle later, they found aftermarket parts that they identified as low-cost components, ordered from Amazon, rather than OEM. Considering I paid around $1,000 for the repair, I felt misled. Within a week of the repair, my check engine light came back on. Yesterday, I took my Jeep to another mechanic for further diagnosis. They explained that the ignition components installed previously had contributed to additional engine issues and showed me the parts they had removed. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated after paying so much for the original repair. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this shop. I expected quality parts, honest communication, and a lasting repair, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

I showed up unannounced with a serious issue (ignition switch failure) ... I could not shut the car off (as I would have remained stranded wherever I'd parked it). I pled my case to the owner and he said they were booked but would get to it later in the week with a diagnosis. I could tell they were familiar with the usual issues and I left confident. It turned out to be relatively simple. They expedited the repair on my car and it was, in fact, completed _before_ I'd even managed to make it back home. Same day. Additionally, as I had disassembled most of the steering column in search of a resolution, the shop charged approximately .10 of a billable hour of labor. I thought it was a typo. Not a billable hour or half-hour of labor but about .10 of an hour. Additionally, they retained the original defective part and provided it upon my return. If you have a "vintage" BMW of any sort (or modern, for that matter) do not hesitate to contact this shop.
