I did not personally hire or deal with Dumpster Dudes. The home owner did. When the full dumpster was picked up today, they clipped my car and bent the body by/under the rear passenger door. There seemed to be plenty of space between my car and the dumpster and/or the vehicle they used to remove it. It's hard for me to believe the driver didn't notice, or acknowledge, what happened to my car. It's the first thing I noticed this afternoon when I walked to my car. Please see pictures attached. It's also to be noted i have yet to talk to someone at the company. That will happen in the morning, and I will report the results here. It's been a day. Dirt, dirt, dirt and more dirt!! I could not be more thankful for Chris with Dumpster Dudes. I have never had to rent a dumpster before, and I finally did a full remodel of my backyard. Something that was supposed to be so excited turned into a nightmare when I hired the wrong company. Not only did Chris help with getting a replacement out the very next morning, but he even was able to give some tips to the contractors hired to do my backyard. He is very responsive and professional. His customer service saved the day for me! He was flexible with the pick-up date as we ran into rain shortly after the project started. TL;DR You would be an absolute fool not to use Dumpster Dudes. I had a huge project and limited time. Dumpster Dudes showed every aspect of best practices regarding customer service. Extremely prompt response times to calls and texts. Always did exactly what was promised and did so on time, every time. During the week of the dumpster rental, I had to request changes, such as extra swapping out with an empty dumpster, or a time change to something we had already scheduled. Never a problem, always a "can do" attitude. When something was too complicated to discuss via text, the phone call was always promptly answered or returned and it was a pleasure speaking with the owner. I wish my business provided the quality of service that Dumpster Dudes provides. So.... If you read all this, then you know I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
