I cannot say enough about Maria and Microbladding!! This is now part of my life like getting manicures!! I was really nervous to get this done as the thought of a blade cutting ink into my face was a tad scary! Maria is very thorough in explaining the procedure, she's very down to earth and calming and we were done it 2.5hrs, just as she said we would be. It honestly went so quick! She numbed me, we did 3 rounds of microbladding with laying ink on the fresh cuts followed by more numbing gel in between rounds. I barely felt a thing the entire time. It was painless. You have to keep them dry for 10 days afterwards - no pool, hot tub, sweating, hot yoga...TOTALLY DRY. I showered holding a hand towel over my brows. No big deal. It's the tiniest inconvenience that's completely worth the outcome! I have barely any eyebrows left after years of bad waxing jobs and was spending at least 5-10+ minutes every morning drawing my eyebrows back on my face. I hated and dreaded doing it, especially because I'm horrible at it! Not having to do that and MAYBE only filling in a little bit takes me now 20 seconds. I see that this business has very good ratings which leads me to believe that her Artistry is good. On the other hand her business skills and lack of honesty and integrity when dealing with a problem is questionable. I purchased a Groupon in November and left voice and text messages for one week before I received a response. My Groupon expired the end of December and I reiterated on every text and voice message that I want to be sure that I use this Groupon for eyebrow micro-needling before the expiration date. She only offeried me one day in December which I was unable to accept since I was flying to Florida to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday with my grandchildren and family. Then she offered me any day at the end of January and I told her I would be happy to take the appointment but I want to use my Groupon. Long story short she called me last night which was the night before my appointment to change my appointment time. I was unable to change the appointment time and then she told me that if I don't show up that she charges $100 for a no-show. She also told me she did not make it a practice to talk to her clients at night or on the weekends but she was the one who contacted me. I question her mental stability and did not want to go to her salon so I was able to get a refund from Groupon. I was very leery of being under the micro needle in her hand. Yikes!! I feel she does not run an honest business. If you decide to go there after reading this I suggest you walk eggshells with this type of personality.
