Elise is an artist with a fantastic eye for color and contour. My plastic surgeon recommended her to camouflage white scars across my scalp following a facelift. She covered the scalp scars first, and I was pleased with her professionalism, her caring and how she took careful responsibility for the result. Her bedside manner is amazing - she worked in concert with me, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She's upbeat, positive and very likable. While she worked, she floated creative ideas, but *together* we figured out the right answer for me. I was happy to find out that in addition to her medical work, she is also ace at strictly cosmetic permanent makeup. I went back for my permanent eyeliner and brows. I asked Elise to fix my 9 year old (too thick) permanent eyeliner that had faded to ugly blue. She crisped up black at the lash line, and came up with this FANTASTIC idea of stippling purple into the too-thick old blue liner. The result absolutely makes my green eyes POP. Old blue eyeliner problem solved! Since my eyebrows were thinning (ah, more inevitability of age), she also filled in permanent eyebrows. She draws individual hairs so the look is absolutely natural. The color she used is so compatible with the color of my eyebrow hairs and skin, it's really hard to tell that it is permanent makeup. Wanted to give an update from my latest visit to see Elise. I tried the micro blading this time and I am so glad I did. The results are amazing!!! I have very light eyebrows and the micro blading makes them look full and natural. People can't even tell that they are tattoos. I went into see Elise last Wednesday for micro needling to take care of my hyper and hypo pigmentation and acne scars. I was apprehensive at first because I've tried everything from microdermabrasion to hydroquinone and nothing has helped. Elise put a numbing ointment on my face and explained the procedure to me and calmed my nerves. I went to see Elise about permanent eyeliner for my upper eyelids. My good friend had her upper eyelids done by Elise so I had seen her work and knew she was good but still not sure what to expect. I have thin eyelashes and my eyes have never stood out so I really wanted to make my eyes pop. The pain wasn't bad at all and she numbs your eyes and the process went quicker than I expected. I felt like I had a bad sunburn on my eyes that night but by 24 hours, my eyes felt fine and heeled great. I never noticed the scabbing. After a week, I touched up my eyelash extensions and now have the most beautiful eyes ever. The permanent eyeliner made my eyes stand out even more than with just the eyelash extensions. I Googled medical tattooing and Image by Elise came up, so I took a chance and called and had a consultation. I had white freckle spots on my legs and It was embarrassing when i would wear skirts or shorts and found myself wearing pants to cover my legs. My history with my skin isn't great. I'm 54 years old and have been getting extraction facials my whole adult life. I'm active, sweat, and do my best to keep my skin clean but my pores were constantly enlarged and clogged, my skin was both oily and dry. For years I've thought about peels but didn't want to remove the "protective" outer layer because I'm in the sun a lot and don't always wear sunscreen. During my last facial the aesthetician told me some of the clogging was so deep I would benefit from a peel. I saw a U-tube clip on NEEDLING and decided to look into this treatment. My first visit to Elise was for facial NEEDLING. OMG! The results were fabulous. Right afterward, my face was sore, within a night it was bright red and SMOOTH. I had a little peeling and then - poof! My pores are smaller, my skin is softer and smoother and my makeup now looks so nice that I WANT TO BOTHER PUTTING IT ON. I've since had my eyebrows and upper and lower lash enhancements done. With a little base and blush, I'm ready to go during the day. When I look at myself, I notice my eyes NOT my skin. I love the fact that Elise is conservative with her application and does follow-up "focus" visits where you can add a bit more if you want or require it.
