Tina is truly exceptional! Not only does she do amazing work, but she is incredibly fast and efficient. I am always in and out in under an hour for my fills, without ever feeling like the quality or attention to detail is rushed. At other lash studios, the same service has taken anywhere from 90 minutes to two hours. What really sets Tina apart is the personal, one-on-one service she provides. She builds genuine relationships with her regular clients and never makes you feel like just another appointment on the schedule. She is also flexible and understanding when an unexpected scheduling crisis comes up, which is something you do not always find at larger studios. Tina is talented, fast, accommodating, and consistently does beautiful work. As a small business owner, she clearly cares about both her craft and her clients. I highly recommend her! read more

In response to Tina's response, completely untrue. Yes I was late. I arrived in the parking lot 20 mins prior to my appointment. But walked into the wrong suite, i called two minutes before my appointment time, you guided me to you. I walked in 6 minutes late. You mentioned everyone gets lost. Your following appointment was an hr after mines. I know this because you mentioned that. Again, you book an hr session for a new application of lashes. It is untrue that we went back and forth with the price, I can afford $250 for self care. You weren't upfront with your prices. I had to ask. You recommend a fuller volume set instead of something in between because you said I would a lot lashes would fall out during vacation, but what you gave me was a hybrid set at a volume price. When I asked you add some more pieces you said volume isn't too good in humid location. Therefore, you contradicted yourself. And no I didn't go to Jamaica smh. I didn't come automatically come in complaining about someone's else work. I mentioned the previous sets was a classic look and I prefer a fuller look, but not crazy dramatic. Yes, a few people mentioned how my lashes were off including my mother and also a MAN. I contacted you that night because my lashes were falling off and it was irritating me from all that glue you used. I didn't even know your daughter was in the ER, you called me!!Why would I expect you come in at 9pm?!? I didn't expect you to fix anything at 9pm, I was wanted to inform you. From your response, anyone can tell you have more excuses than a novel. Deadly sick lol. For someone who said they were deadly sick, you had a lot of energy to attempt to provoke me by constantly trying to argue with me. This was the worst self care appointment I ever had. Who glues 6-7 pieces together? If you couldn't have fit me in for decent work, don't schedule the appointment! Sloppy work! Ladies if you volume your time look for someone else. read more

Tina Lash Expert - Eyelash Service Near Me - Irvine, California

This was by far the worst experience I've had with lash extensions! I have good lashes myself nice and full with mascara but wanted more volume without mascara for a destination wedding this month. I used to do it all the time years ago and with different technicians and was always happy. My experience with even the most inexperience was not as bad as this. I made the appointment with Tina based on her rating and was there 2 days ago. When I made the appointment I assumed the price would be the same or close to everywhere else and did not ask for prices which was my fault. But when I got to my appointment and asked the secretary the cheapest/classic lash was $165 on their brochure. Since I could not cancel I went ahead with the appointment and chose the cheapest. After my experience I'm wondering why she has been given 5 star for her work? At the beginning when she was putting the things under my eyes I told her the one on my right eye was cutting through my skin in the corner so to fix it she put a tape on my eye lids to open it a little bit so I don't feel that piece cutting into my skin. It worked but I didn't know that it would be causing the glue to get in. So when I complained she casually ignored me. The whole session my eyes, nose and throat was burning and kept getting worst which was extremely uncomfortable. I've never had that experience with anyone else ever. At the end of all that discomfort When I saw myself in mirror I barley saw any difference and honestly my own lashes look much fuller and longer with mascara. When I told her about the right side lashes curling to the left instead of straight up again she casually blamed it on eyes being different on each side and did not even offer to fix it. But worst came next when I had to pay. She charged me $180 and when I questioned that she casually said that is an old brochure and didn't even offer to honor the price I was given on her brochure. I Spent the rest of the night and day with headache and that burning sensation in my throat which I'm sure is not healthy to digest. Woke up the next morning with a red and itchy eye on one side and found one piece of extension inside the corner of my eye. Before the end of the day 2 more fell off the same eye. As much as I liked her as a person I did not ever expect such a terrible service. read more

Tina is the best.... I always get so many compliments on my lashes. Her location is beautiful, clean and she gets me in and out of there quickly with quality. read more

This was my first time getting lash extensions! I was quite apprehensive going into it due to the cost and because I had no idea what it'd look like. Not only that, I decided very last minute I wanted them and was scrambling to find an appt. Tina immediately responded to my messages and I got an appointment with her less than 24 hours later. I saw all of Tina's 5-star reviews and was almost suspicious about how highly rated she is. Guess what? She's completely worth the hype. Tina KNOWS how to do lashes. I have shorter Asian lashes and soft features and was super worried about it looking out of place. I really wanted to look like myself and not have it be super noticeable. I expressed this to Tina, and she knew right off the bat what would work well with my face. She even adjusted the lash length as she was putting on my lashes, which shows how thoughtful she is about the entire process! I ended up going with a classic set. Honestly, they look perfect and I couldn't imagine it looking any better. The process was quick (45 min) and I felt no discomfort. Besides her artistry, you go to see Tina...well, to see Tina. She's hilarious, outgoing, and kept making me laugh. Still chuckling thinking about some of the things she said. She truly cares about her clients and even dedicates her Instagram page to supporting us, which is really cool and unique. In terms of pricing, it's definitely on the average/higher-end (on par with other established lash studios). But, you go to Tina if you want the best. Considering her high-quality work, quick response time, and great personality, you definitely get what you pay for. I can't wait to take grad photos with my new lashes :-) read more

I have been wanting to book with Tina for quite some time. I wish I did it sooner! I feel like a new woman with my new, beautiful lashes. I'm hooked and I will continue to go back to her. Not only did she put me at ease and make sure I was comfortable throughout, she was also such a kind soul and it almost felt like a healing therapy session. Tina was the whole package you would want to find in a lash tech. I'm so happy with my service. Thank you Tina! read more

Love my lashes! They last me a good amount of time. They're light, comfortable and she achieves the fuller natural look I go for. Also, I'm always so last minute with everything, but Tina is always so accommodating, especially to my last minute appointment requests. I also love how she takes in clients on Saturday's. My work is very hectic at times, and I usually don't have the time during weekdays to go get my lashes done. She's hilarious, always cracking me up. Can't wait for my next fill read more

I was going to let my lashes go because it was a hassle during COVID to find a good salon. I decided to give it another try because my natural lashes made me sad. She's very sweet and I always look forward to getting my lashes done. Don't hesitate to give her a try. You won't be sorry. I just wish I'd found her sooner. read more

Tina is God sent... she always manages to squeeze me in with my hectic schedule. And she does a GREAT job without taking HOURS like other lash technicians I I used to see. My lashes last on average 3 weeks before I actually need a fill and that's a lot coming from someone who workouts 5 days a week and showers daily. She's super funny and it's almost like getting lashes from your best friend. She never pressured me into getting a specific style when I didn't know what I wanted at first. She let me work my way up to volume and I've been obsessed with volume ever since. If you need to get your lashes done, TINA is your girl! read more

My go-to place for lashes! Tina always does an amazing job. I've been to many lash artists, but Tina is the person I trust to deliver quality work while being time efficient. Tina was able to do mines in an hour! She is fast which shows that she's been doing lashes for a good amount of time. You'll be in good hands with her and she gives good advices too which is a plus! She is professional and talented in what she do. My lashes are thin/sparse and I appreciate how precise she was during my appointment. She was able to apply lash extensions to every one of my baby lashes. Other artists would tell me to go for the natural look since it's harder to go for a fuller look with my natural lashes. However, I like my lashes to look thick and she was able to create what I wanted! Super clean place too. Thanks for making me beautiful! read more

Tina is super speedy and is a great conversationalist--my fills take under an hour and the time flies by because there is always so much to talk about! I'm so glad I found you, Tina! read more

Tina is awesome- she does a great job and is super fast. I normally dread getting my lashes done but she is super quick, makes it look like she spent hours on your lashes and normally is done within 45 min. My girlfriend loves going to Tina to get work done. She always tells me how fun Tina is. She also says Tina is the best at what she does. I'm a guy so I don't notice these things, but I do notice she is always checking herself out in the mirror every chance gets. She usually doesn't do this, so that must be a good sign right? She is always in a good mood everytime she comes back from a session with Tina. So, I decided to buy her a gift card for her birthday. If you want quality work that will have lasting effects and some fun conversation Tina is definitely the one to go to. read more

Literally THE best. I've been getting lash extensions for almost five years now & I've tried lots of different places and techs. Tina is one of the best. Beyond how sweet & kind she is, she's extremely quick, precise, sanitary, and the set comes out looking perfect every. single. time. I used to never get fills, because I hated how uneven the lashes would look sometimes. But, Tina's lashes look perfect every single time regardless of whether it's a fill or full set. I've never had any infections, irritation, or issues. Her facility is extremely clean too. As a germaphobe, I've always been extremely picky about the places I go (even before the pandemic). She always sanitizes everything (table, tools, even the handheld drying fan) before and after. It feels extremely clean, safe, & welcoming. It's always the highlight of my week to get to see her, relax, & come out feeling great read more
