As beautiful as their name itself! White Feather Lashes is the most beautiful lash extension store I've been to in Orange County. It just feels like you are getting pampered right when you walk into a well managed facility, with beautiful decor and professional service. I made the appointment online through their website. They followed up via text message up until appointment day. The whole procedure was done so effortlessly, I dozed off lol. The best part is waking up to a set of beautiful lashes. I got the mega fill. Since my lashes were foreign, we worked with what we could. They still came out beautiful! I think once the old lashes fall out, they will look even better. My lash artist advised me to get a new set if they don't fall out by next session. And I will definitely be back next time. The man up front also explained after care and upcoming appointments with me. He not only gave me lash brushes, but a protector in case I need to take a shower before 24 hours. It's always the little details I appreciate. Most importantly, the lashes look like high quality. Hopefully the retention will be good, but so far, I am loving it here! read more

I don't have much free time as a working mom, and he was so happy and willing to accommodate me. Anyhow, The experience was relaxing and pleasant. It's a super steal at $70 for classic and $96 for volume/hybrid set - My sets last 3 weeks on average (maintains 40% lash retention - The prices at 3 weeks are SUPER reasonable: $55 for classic and $75 for volume/hybrid - For a natural day to day look, I get: 8-10 mm length, C curl, classic set, natural style. I recently discovered the YY lashes and ask for that in class (double the lashes for the same classic price - I've been booking with Haley and recommend you do the same! She's super consistent and honest with how my lashes are doing. - Their availability is office schedule friendly! With advance notice, they can take 5, 6 and even 7 pm appointments on week days && are open Saturdays and Sundays - This location is underrated so i can always find availability within a couple days. - the private one on one rooms offer a personalized experience to be as chatty or quiet as you want. - The waiting area is glam and has a ring light for ultimate lighting and ambiance! White feather has been my lash salon for a year now. Haley is fantastic I usually get classic extensions but I wanted to try something new. Haley recommended doing a lash lift because she told me my natural lashes were pretty long. I was totally shocked by the results. See the pictures below and you be the judge. I have been with emmi on and for a while from hawaii. She really listens and tries to match your eye shape to what lashes style would look good on you. She would look at your natural lash and use different lashes material so that it won't weigh your lashes down. She is meticulous with her work. I would definitely recommend this place. Haley was my stylist and she was super friendly. This was my first time getting my eyelashes done so I went in with a classic set. Haley also did some recommendations for my eyes. As a first time, my eyes did get super red and irritated. I contacted Haley to let her know and she offered me a removal or to get them fix up (free of charge) because some eyelashes did fall. I've been coming to white feather lashes for a couple years now. Compared to all the other lash studios, this place is by far my favorite. The price is reasonable and the lash techs are attentive and sweet. I love how easy it is to make an appointment via text. The owner is very responsive and tries his best to work with your schedule. Emmi, has been my lash tech for the past 3 years and I love how careful she is with my lashes. I've had poor experiences with other lash techs where they put too much glue on my lashes, which damaged my natural lashes. So far, haven't experienced that with Emmi. Whenever I remove my lashes to take a break they're relatively strong. She knows what style works for my eyes and I constantly get compliments when I go out. I've been to competing salons in hacienda heights and Tustin and this has NEVER happened. I've had great experience with past lash salons and lash retention (could go 3 weeks without a full and I'd still have 60%+ lashes left on my eye. But you can literally count the lashes I have on now. My eye is now thankfully recovered but this is ridiculous. Also, I'm not exactly sure who this Dee person who contacted me is.. but she sent me a message telling me I had a "misunderstanding" and the girl who did my lashes was not Dianne. Thank you for notifying me....however, considering I specifically made the appointment with Dianne and it was confirmed it was going to be with Dianne, forgive me if I was under the impression that the girl who did my lashes was Dianne... (see texts). So who knows who even did my lashes and what the point was of specifying someone if the specific person didn't even end up doing my lashes ...? I hope that others don't have the same experience I did. To summarize: - such fast communication when booking and getting money; when dealing with a bad situation they go silent and do the bare minimum. Lol. - poor quality lash glue.... no retention of lashes so total waste of money and time - POOR hygiene...
