I came to this location after I found the great reviews from Yelp. I met with Dezeiree for a lash lift. I inquired beforehand because my first lash lift at a different location made my eyes watery red and puffy. I had to use visine for them to make the swelling go down. The lift lasted about 5 weeks. So I came here for a lift with Dezeiree and this cute little spot was seriously adorable. I loved the environment. Dez understood the issue from my last lift and was very gentle and careful. Not once did my eyes water or a felt burning sensation. She took her time and was very careful. I respect that a lot. (Yes my eyes are really sensitive so this is a HUGE plus!) I also got the lift that doesn't curl too much, I believe a no. 3 and my lashes were BOLD. My goodness I'm obsessed. I will continue to apologize for falling asleep during my lash lifts but I just can't help it!! Especially at Pop Society where the vibe is so soothing it feels more like a little spa day for your lashes. The vibe in here is perfect. It's bright and airy and there's a small retail space before you get into the studio with cute cards, candles and other items for purchase. The only thing I don't love is the studio isn't a private room so just be aware of that! I was lucky and must have booked at an off time on a Saturday because I was the only client the whole time but the studio is essentially a row of tables so clients would theoretically be sat side by side. That may not be the vibe for everyone, so I think it's good to be aware and try to book at a time that might work best for you. My lash artist did a wonderful job though. My lashes as long and curled and I've received a lot of compliments on them so far. I especially love that she does a little rinse before and after the service, it's a small thing but makes a big difference to me and helps my eyes feel less irritated. read more

It's surprising to find such a plush atmosphere tucked away behind the doors of this fairly sizable complex, but inside the bar is a lovely modern, chic shop that exudes calm and looks almost too perfect to be real. I got a brow cleanup (it was meant to be a wax, but the person I saw wisely decided against it since I'd used an AHA product the night before - my bad) and a lash lift. I'm really thrilled with the results of both; as someone who has always had stick-straight lashes, it's really nice to be able to see around them and also get a dramatic pop out of my day to day look. The process isn't too quick for the lash lift, just under an hour if my estimation is correct. You keep your eyes closed and they place special pads to keep your eye and lower lid out of the way while they perm the upper lashes. It's a little uncomfortable, but certainly not painful. Still, if you don't have a lot of patience for things touching your eyes, you might be better off curling manually. All in all, a really lovely little shop with helpful and friendly reps. If I can convince myself to redo my eyelashes some 6-8 weeks (as promised) down the road, I know where I'll be headed. read more

We had our facials done by Julianna, who is an absolute doll! This was one of the best facials I have ever had! Botnia is one of my favorite clean beauty brands and to have a facial customized with their products was a dream! I had been getting lash extensions for a little over a year, which looked fabulous but the maintenance/upkeep just became too much (time & money) + it was taking a toll on the health of my lashes (became shorter & straighter from the weight of the extensions).
