Came across this company on Groupon and called before I purchased my Groupon and spoke to the manager. I was in desperate need of my lashes done same day for an event. She said we can take you now come on in. Not only did she give me the Groupon price she noted for the next visit that it would be discounted 20% for new customer. I was not happy with my experience It was a first time coming here and I was very upset . When the tech did my eyelashes they looked nice but I noticed that they were loose and a lot of them looked like they were going to fall out . I even showed her and she said no look and I told her I am. I asked if she can fix and she grabbed my head hard to lift me up the bed which I didn't appreciate. She then took a picture and I told her , no that it looks nice now but they are loose and I got tired of trying . Not even a week and a lot of lashes came off already . Everyone is very kind. It is very comfortable and relaxing experience. Vivian was really good. 7/27/26 I am updating this review with my ACTUAL opinions and experience. DO NOT COME HERE. First they advertised 50% off for new customers on instagram, and they have a 20% off sign in front of the store. I did get a 20% discount (even though I reached out through instagram) HOWEVER lady at the counter said if I follow them on facebook AND write a yelp review I would get an extra discount. Which didn't happen. She was also quite pushy about adding them and writing the review while I was standing at the counter checking out (that was supposed to give me an "extra" discount). 2nd and worse problem is the lady (Vivian) who did my lash lift and brow lamination completely OVER PROCESSED, one eye (which the lashes are completely hard, dry and rolled into a circle) and my brows which are hard and dry. I was given a mirror after she finished which laying down on a table is hard to determine the outcome and the fact that when they were taking a photo, they lady from the counter spoke to her about the lashes on the o er processed eye which in turn she rolled the lashes out and they looked fine. When I got into my car and was able to actually look at them I'd when they showed the over processing. My lashes continued to get worse over the night and next day. I was completely crying because I have a wedding out of town this week (5 days after my "lift") and they are horrible and can't be fixed. I've reached out to several other people and all have told me the chance of my lashes falling out is highly likely. read more
