I've been coming to white feather lashes for a couple years now. Compared to all the other lash studios, this place is by far my favorite. The price is reasonable and the lash techs are attentive and sweet. I love how easy it is to make an appointment via text. The owner is very responsive and tries his best to work with your schedule. Emmi, has been my lash tech for the past 3 years and I love how careful she is with my lashes. I've had poor experiences with other lash techs where they put too much glue on my lashes, which damaged my natural lashes. So far, haven't experienced that with Emmi. Whenever I remove my lashes to take a break they're relatively strong. She knows what style works for my eyes and I constantly get compliments when I go out. People usually assume that my lash extensions are real. I highly recommend Emmi if you want to get your lashes done. You'll be happy with the results! :) read more

I've been to competing salons in hacienda heights and Tustin and this has NEVER happened. I've had great experience with past lash salons and lash retention (could go 3 weeks without a full and I'd still have 60%+ lashes left on my eye. But you can literally count the lashes I have on now. My eye is now thankfully recovered but this is ridiculous. Also, I'm not exactly sure who this Dee person who contacted me is.. but she sent me a message telling me I had a "misunderstanding" and the girl who did my lashes was not Dianne. Thank you for notifying me....however, considering I specifically made the appointment with Dianne and it was confirmed it was going to be with Dianne, forgive me if I was under the impression that the girl who did my lashes was Dianne... (see texts). So who knows who even did my lashes and what the point was of specifying someone if the specific person didn't even end up doing my lashes ...? I hope that others don't have the same experience I did. To summarize: - such fast communication when booking and getting money; when dealing with a bad situation they go silent and do the bare minimum. I wanted to find a place that was reasonably priced, conveniently located, and not always booked for weeks at a time. White Feather Lashes hits the mark! Their prices are competitive for their services, they are located in a large plaza with lots of parking, and making an appointment is super easy! You can text or call them to book an appointment and they are very accommodating to your schedule. I've been here only once, but I plan on returning for a fill soon. I also appreciate that you don't have to come in every 2-3 weeks for a fill, but you can come in anytime as long as you have 30% of your lashes remaining and pay the same standard price for a fill. This review is long overdue. Ive been at White Feather Lashes for almost two full years now! Lash extensions are my usual norm since it's such a value add to my day to day routine. I juggle a busy 4 year old and work, so I love the minimal time I need to spend doing my makeup everyday. Scheduling is easy and the price and quality is consistent which is so important. Nothing worst than having to risk your lashes with an unknown stylist and outcome. I've had that experience at a previous studio and I never have that feeling here. So I'm going to be going back in for my lashes to be filled on Sunday! I first got my lashes done on 11/17/18 here - classic cat eye. However, the next day I noticed some fallout despite following the instructions for post-care. WFL fit me in the very next day with Samantha on very short notice for a fix, and I was in and out in 45 minutes - I actually ended up upgrading to a volume cat eye. What I didn't really like was that I ended up having to tip twice within two days because they were different technicians! I liked Samantha more than my first technician because the first technician's response to me showing her an inspiration pic was a very hesitant "No" followed by "ok but just classic right"? She didn't explain anything to me at all. I didn't know what was being done to my eyelashes or the length etc. Samantha seemed a lot more confident in her skills as a technician and did an awesome job. At two weeks later, my eyelash extensions appear to have stayed on stronger for the right eye than the left (a bit more sparse) - but both of them still look pretty good. I made sure to ask a lot of questions to Samantha, my technician, and she was so attentive and helpful! She was also super gentle, which made me extremely relieved because I've also heard about places that were rough when they applied the lashes. The workers at this place were also very friendly and accommodating! I am SUPER happy with my new lashes; they make me look more feminine! The lashes also look pretty natural, not too artificial. They also don't feel super heavy, albeit they still weigh down my natural lashes but not to the point where it's inconvenient. Let's start by saying my decision to try extensions again was not an easy one, because I have had them one time in the past at a different salon and my eyes burned so bad from whatever glue was used I decided then I would stick to Ardell strip lashes. I took a chance and absolutely loved this place. I stumbled upon this cute little shop in the same shopping center as my nail salon. While there I and met the owner and we talked for about 20 minutes about life. I noticed about 3 women walk out with pooping lashes so, after talking with the owner more about the logistics of the appointment and different styles they provide, I decided to book an appointment to try it out. When I came in for my appointment I was provided water and escorted to the back. There was a sleek waiting room and a flower wall with nice lighting to take pictures after your session. In total the session took about 90 minutes for a full set. There was calming music playing in the background and most of all the glue did not burn my eyes. I was completely comfortable be whole time and before I knew it she was finished. My lashes look AMAZING and the price for fill ins are very reasonable. They blend naturally with my lashes and provide volume to make my eyes pop. I'll be sure to update after 2 weeks with pictures and feedback. read more

I have wanted to do eyelash extensions for so long, but had been skeptical because of all the stories I heard about losing my natural lashes. I called White Feather Lashes and asked a lot of questions. I was most impressed by this one answer they gave me. "At White Feather Lashes we only use the lightest mink lashes and only a minimum amount of premium glue as to NOT weigh down my natural lashes." After reading many online lash stories I think the problem is many lower salons use cheap and heavy lash extensions and OVER glue each lash. Some pictures even show the lash extension being glued to the hair follicle. How are my lashes to grow-out if the technician glued my hair follicle? This is why their services take so long. The technicians here take their time and are not rushing. I've had 3 months of Fills with White Feather and still have all my healthy natural lashes. My husband is now in love with my new lashes! It was my very first time getting my eyebrows done (I've never even had them plucked), so to even get them semi-permanently done was an experience. Cat did an amazing job with my brows. I've gotten so many compliments with these! She also explained everything to me thoroughly, from shaping to aftercare. The studio itself is nice with nice interior and decor. I came in for volume lashes and walked away with classic. I asked for 14 or 16 and was told 12 would be better. Basically paid over $100 for lashes that were not what I wanted. When I mentioned it to the gal, she said she could start over. Like who has gone for that?! Ugh. So I left 3 weeks later I went elsewhere, not only were they cheaper, timely, didn't rush the process they actually listened. I got volume, cateye and the size I wanted. With so much competition nearby, I suggest you get your technicians to learn to listen to what the customer wants not what they personally want to put on the client. I really don't like to rate low but given the fabulous experience I had today elsewhere this spurned me on to remind me of my horrible time here.
