I studied the available microblading techniques, styles and after care processes. It took many months and YELP searches and finally found this establishment. I knew right away it was the place for me. It was many weeks before I was able to make an appointment as my calendar limited. After booking it online (totally for this process) I received a text asking me preliminary questions as well as requests for screenshots of my brows. Long story short, Denise is a professional. Doing her homework to assure her success and her clients satisfaction. She proceeded to suggest a style and shape and drew it on my brows to show me what it would look like. When I told her I had my own ideas and wanted to look similar to the way my brows were before the over plucking and over shaving and age, she did not necessarily agree with me. But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request. When she was finished, she was pleased and mentioned she had not done this style but was going to put them as an option to her classic styles. I am completely satisfied and give her my highest ever review. Did I say she is sweet and beautiful inside and out the Vive was very holistic and peaceful. Very much painless

After a double mastectomy due to breast cancer, areola/nipple tattooing was the final step in my healing journey. After my first session, one areola was noticeably smaller than the other, oval instead of round, and positioned higher than the other. I sent Debbie a picture of this, and she said we'd address it in the second session. The second session put the areola in a better position, but the shape is still "off" and the nipple is too high (not centered). Debbie said she couldn't move the nipple position. After struggling with this for 4 months since the second session, I requested a full refund, but she instead offered to have me return for more work. I then asked for at least a 50% refund, but she still said I should come back for more work. After two clearly unsuccessful sessions, I have zero confidence in Debbie's work or her ability to fix this. I'll now be seeing a different tattoo specialist in this area to correct Debbie's subpar work. What made the experience even more difficult was that during my first appointment, Debbie spent most of the two-hour session talking non-stop about her recent trips, her back issues, the history of her practice and her personal life struggles (complete with tears!). As someone dealing with the emotions of a difficult cancer journey, I found her lack of sensitivity deeply disturbing. This was a procedure that required compassion and focus, and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I was so emotionally exhausted after that first session that I had to sit in my car for quite a while before I felt capable of driving. Debbie wears special medical eyeglasses, so she doesn't have to bend over and strain her back while doing her work. I can't help thinking the glasses are altering her depth perception, and that's why one of my tattoos turned out so distorted. Be careful when getting sensitive work done by Debbie. The emotional stress this has caused me has been overwhelming.

I saw her for a touch up of a camaflouge tattoo that I had really loved in the past. I couldn't see the white scar that I had from removing a mole. However, on my last visit over 1 year ago, I paid 150 for a touch up, then I looked in the mirror immediately after and told her that I was unhappy, that it looked like a cigarette burn. She told me it was my skin. That this happens over time. I asked her to remove it to which we made an appointment. When I showed up she told me she didn't have the light she needed to see and that I should go have this cut out by a plastic surgeon. I went to go see Dr. Elstrom, who then told me this was clearly a bad tattoo. He said it would look worse to cut it out. So I called Debbie and asked her to please remove the tattoo. She said she would but would need to charge me 250. I paid and had her do her work. Then I was left with a white spot and an even clearer black ring. She said she would no longer work with me as she couldn't make me happy. That led me to a further search to which I am so grateful! 2 weeks ago I went to see Emily with Camo Beauty and I am thrilled! Go to her page to see the final results. I didn't want to post them here as I didn't want any confusion as to who deserves the credit! Debbie, I am so disappointed in the work you did, and the poor advise you gave. Thankfully I didn't get this scar cut out per your suggestion, and thankfully there are true experts who care, not just milking the money, but have true expertise and a desire to fix whatever problem occurred! Save yourself the trouble and go see Emily @beautycamo https://www.yelp.com/biz/beautycamo-newport-beach You will notice in Debbie's reply to me that this photo was taken "before" my procedure with Emily, that is a lie. All you need to do is see Emily and you will see this cigarette burn looking scar which has been removed thanks to Emily. I spent 400. and a lot of time being dismissed by Debbie. Truly unprofessional at best. Thank you Emily! So grateful not to have to look at this mess anymore!

When I reached out to her about it, the response was very rude, and I was told she would not fix them. Honestly, all that needed to happen was a simple gesture, such as offering not to charge me for a full set next time or something simple. Their prices are already on the higher side, and although I knew I was paying more than most places, I continued going because I valued the relationship and liked their work. The manager was only available on one specific day to fix the nails, and unfortunately I was unavailable that day. Instead of trying to accommodate me or work with my schedule, they were completely inflexible. Not only did they refuse to work with me, but they also made me feel unappreciated as a long-time customer. After five years of loyalty, I expected much better customer service. I will not be returning. Overpriced services with very poor customer care.

So pleased with how my eyebrows turned out and very happy that I went to see Nazie. She is very gracious and talented. I am very particular about the shape of my eyebrows and can be somewhat of a perfectionist, so once I saw the brow she drew on before beginning the tattoo, I knew I was in good hands. She has an incredibly discerning and keen eye for even the tiniest details and will draw the most symmetrical, cleanest brows down to the last hair stroke. Unfortunately, I've had my eyebrows both tattooed and microbladed a number of times. I have oily skin and soon discovered that microblading is not a good option for me. (Lots of pain with no payoff since the ink does not stay). She agreed and recommended I do the tattoo option. Because I've now had to come back and do it a number of times on account of having oily skin, I've developed a bit of scar tissue which means it's rather difficult to achieve a hairstroke effect. Instead I had to do a shading effect, and it required deeper strokes in order to penetrate past the scar tissue so the ink would hold. During the session she did her best to reapply numbing cream and reduce the discomfort and pain. She was very patient and took her time to make sure I was fully satisfied before finishing up. To be honest, I was bit nervous with how much I bled, and how raw and swollen my eyebrows first looked. I was even more nervous when I noticed how much of my natural hairs fell out after the procedure once it started scabbing. I texted her a few days after to ask if the hairs falling out were normal. She was very prompt to respond and address my concerns. She let me know that while it's not normal for lots of hair to fall out, she had to go a bit deeper since I had scar tissue, but I should not be worried. My eyebrows have now completely healed, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. She is very skilled and meticulous about her work. I'll likely go back in a few weeks for touchups in a few areas where the ink did not stay (normal), and will likely also have her do my eyeliner as well. read more

I wanted to wait until after my touch up was done, in order to write a more accurate review. However so far the experience was courageous. A woman must be in total control of her existence to allow the procedure to go smooth. You need to understand that her work is very well appreciated, since is very good. She takes the time to share with you the importance of having beautiful eyebrows. After you get passed through the understanding of what an eyebrow is all about, the whole procedure is between you and your willingness to look good. After all, we are not angry about not being perfect, but we are willing to help ourselves become better looking. You think is just about adding pigmentation to your skin, well there is a whole lot to it. She is helping you become a better you with the help of her skills. She is truly a skillful woman. Nazi is AMAZING!!! I had my brows done in her beautiful location today. She is so sweet and very detailed. She is actually more like a perfectionist which is PERFECT and necessary for your face. She is so skilled at what she does. She checked with me many times throughout the procedure to be sure I was comfortable and she added more numbing cream as needed. I had permanent makeup done on my eyebrows this past Monday by Nazie. I am beyond happy with the results! I have been thinking about doing this for awhile but finally got up the nerve. Nazie immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to talk me through the process and what to expect. The numbing cream helps with the pain. The first thing that impressed me was that Melissa was trained at a top of the line school in Beverly Hills. Second, her website was professional and the work she posted was great. Last, but not least, i was absolutely sold when a friend of mine had her brows done by her and in person (as well as in picture) they looked AMAZING! A week before my appointment, I bugged her with a bunch of questions about different patterns and stokes and she answered professionally,honestly, and quickly every time.
