Conversion from tub to shower stall with handicap features

Allure Bath and Kitchen is a family owned business and I can say it was truly a pleasure to work with family and crew with our bathroom remodel. John was my initial contact and he set up our appointment with his son Vincent. Vincent came out and listened to our situation and what we needed. Our bathroom tub needed to be converted to walk in shower for my 92 year old Mom as soon as possible as she was coming to live with us. Vincent was able to turn around a quote and timetable that more than exceeded our expectations! Michael, another son of John's, came out and explained every step of the remodel and made sure everything went smoothly. He was very conscious of my Mom's needs as she is elderly and gave great advice as to where to situate grab bars, etc. I can't say enough about everyone's professionalism and kindness! The entire crew is top notch! I should also add that they were always on time and were always communicating with us every step of the way!!

On time, on budget, excellent work! What more could you ask for from a contractor remodeling your bathroom? They were as easy as it gets to work with. Highly recommend hiring these guys for your next remodel project.

I can't say enough about our positive experience with Allure! We redid three bathrooms in our Phoenix home, and couldn't be happier. John helped us make decisions and source the materials needed. His son, Michael, was the project manager, and his priority was making certain we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the work. The crew was prompt, reliable, professional and knowledgable and they were tidy and considerate, pleasant and fun, and a pleasure to have in my home for the time it took to complete the work. Any little surprises or issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. They consulted with us on details and explained each plan of action before carrying it out. John was always a phone call away if needed and any questions or concerns were met with immediate response. We were treated fairly and were made to feel like valued clients through the entire process. The pricing was very competitive and the final results and quality of the work exceeded our expectations. On time, in budget, and great work... who could ask for more ??? I would highly recommend this family business for any renovation projects you might have in mind!

They replaced my tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower. Everything went great and my shower is terrific.

I took time to compare each one. AZ Remodel Pros stood out to me. From the beginning, they were patient and walked through everything with me. They explained the damage in a clear way and made sure nothing was missed. What meant the most was the support during the insurance process. They helped me communicate with my adjuster and made sure the scope of work was clearly explained. There were delays and a lot of back and forth, and I felt stuck at times. But once Brian stepped in and spoke directly with the adjuster, things started to move. Their involvement brought clarity and helped push the process forward. That helped me understand what my home needed and gave me confidence in what I was asking for. I appreciate the time, effort and all the patience they showed throughout this process. I am grateful for the help and guidance they gave me. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him based on my experience. Thank you so much!!

Youssef and all of his subs are *FANTASTIC* and the best I have ever worked with (and I've worked…read morewith many). Here why (with details below): He OWNS the work and takes full responsibility for everything and fixes every mishap BEFORE you even ask; His primary subs (carpentry, electrical, flooring, trim) are all GREAT; he's one of the easiest, kindest, and most compassionate people I've worked with; and he knew when to tell me when an idea or suggestion I had was infeasible or too expensive. More deets: On OWNERSHIP and RESPONSIBILITY - Our shower glass walls were a little short. I didn't even know enough to know this was a solvable problem, but he made the third-party glass company take the segments back and replace them with segments that fit even more perfectly and beautifully. There we a couple of other instance and there was never accountability squirm.... Honestly that's unlike 95% of contractors. ADVICE - If the lighting wasn't going to work or look nice, he told you. If the switches we're in the wrong place in the blueprint, he told you. If a door or opening would have been better served with a pocket door instead of a swinging door, like into a bedroom closet, he told you. He told you nicely, politely, never insinuating that I did not know what I was doing or that the architect was bad or wrong. He'd just politely and slowly walk me through a few different scenarios and the real life placement of things and was 100% right in all of his corrective suggestions. The one time I did not listen to him and thought I knew better, after a few months I realized I was completely wrong. MAIN SUBS - Whenever his subs were scheduled to show up, they did, on time, always clean-cut and professional, smiling, and happy. They cleaned up EVERY DAY. Other previous contractors thought nothing of leaving trash on the floor or even dangerous nails when I had small children in the house. I think he is one of, if not, the BEST IN THE BUSINESS and I plan on doing more with him in the future.

Eric replied in no time and emailed an estimate not long after. This job involved drywall (delete a door and add a large arched opening), electrical, custom cabinets, shelves, interior/exterior paint, and a touch of flooring. Eric and his guys did an amazing job. My wife loves the closet they converted into a reading nook. We always felt comfortable with the crew in our house. They worked around our schedule and Eric was always available for a quick check-in so I knew where we were with each step. The two big standouts were the price staying the same even though he did a few extras, and Salvador nailing that 8' high 6' wide arch! We couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again.

During the quoting process, Eric was prompt, friendly, and went into much more detail than any of the other contractors on our options and what to look out for in terms of unexpected expenses. When it came down to getting the work done, his crew worked quickly and the final results were exactly what we wanted, even after we threw a couple of curveballs their way. They were also done ahead of schedule! Throughout the entire job, Eric was extremely communicative and kept us posted on any challenges that the team encountered. I can't thank Eric and his crew enough! When we're ready for the kitchen and bathroom remodels in the future, we'll absolutely be going with E.L. Construction then!
