Unfortunately, our experience with Allure was not what we were anticipating based on a couple of meetings with John and Vincent. Ultimately this whole experience was continuously frustrating and disappointing. John was my initial contact and he set up our appointment with his son Vincent. Vincent came out and listened to our situation and what we needed. Our bathroom tub needed to be converted to walk in shower for my 92 year old Mom as soon as possible as she was coming to live with us. Vincent was able to turn around a quote and timetable that more than exceeded our expectations! Michael, another son of John's, came out and explained every step of the remodel and made sure everything went smoothly. After 23 years, I decided to finally remodel my master bath which consisted of an ugly spa tub and an outdated tile countertop--a really long countertop with dual sinks. Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our "dream" and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. Said it would take 2 or 3 days. It took almost three months. These are not the people you want if a licensed contractor is your desire, I found no license. They wanted to be paid early when work was still incomplete. Countless repairs of punch list items did occur but over a long time. This is two guys and their dad...not as pro as website looks. Work was just ok and some aspects were just unprofessional. The shower door was warped and did not close properly. They flipped it around to make it work with the warped door still in place until I wanted it replaced. Professional corner cutters. read more

What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work.
