If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I've been having trouble with keeping my car window up for over a year now. The motor broke and the window wouldn't roll up. I went to Allstate and asked if there was something that could be done. One of the workers, Rich Jankowski, came outside and got the window up and made sure it would stay up. This window has been such an issue for over a year and he fixed it in 5 mins. Great company with great employees!!!! read more

I had this company come replace my windshield. First problem was poor communication. Second problem was tech broke my antenna for my remote start when calling the company I was told go get a repair quote I asked to speak to the manager but was told he wasn't there! Next I went to roll down my drivers window and it came off the track "my wife said tech was hanging on the door and window during installation. I have got both things fixed now on my own dime but when attempting to contact company I was unable to get a response even after calling the tech who told me he would have a manager reach out again! Save your self stress go elsewhere! read more

Horrible customer service. I called for a quote and I wanted to research. Now I get continuous texts and calls daily. Go anywhere else.

John and the crew at Allstate are awesome. I didn't know they came all the way down the Cape but Mike showed up on time and finished my windshield in very cold temperatures very quickly! If you need your windshield repaired anywhere in Massachusetts call them!!! This is my third windshield repair and i've never had the least problem. And they take care of all the insurance! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Technician supposedly showed up at my house in the morning and the office gave him the wrong phone number. Apparently ringing the doorbell was to much for him to do. I called three different times to finally get a technician out to my place again after they screwed up the contact information. I had to speak with a Supervisor to get someone back out here. Then the technician did an absolutely horrendous job. Glass ready to pop out, trim not aligned, gaskets not aligned, scratched my vehicle and then nobody returned my calls the rest of the afternoon including the technician who was obviously in a rush and didn't give zero f**ks about doing a good job. Totally incompetent from top to bottom. Now, my insurance company is sending the vehicle out to be serviced at an autobody shop . Not only is this lousy company not getting paid, they can deal with my insurance company and pay them restitution for such a shi**y job. Don't let these people touch your car. I should have waited for a real professional company to do the work. read more

Best experience with Allstate glass from the best customer service we've received in a long time, they answered all our questions thoroughly, installation was prompt and the two service technicians were above and beyond knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous read more

Alliance Glass replaced my original windshield in 2022 with an aftermarket windshield with tint (same features as my original windshield 2016 Acura MDX). Allstate Autoglass is a cook!!! They replaced my windshield with no tint on it. I talked to Brenda and her supervisor, but they did not want to correct the issue. read more

Claim #893444 Filed two days ago and have had three calls into the shop - ALL STATE set appt with us to do the replacement yesterday morning. Placed a call as no one showed up only to be told the windshield came in but had a scratch on it. Never sent a picture of the "scratched" windshield they say they got in. Set up appt for today again, no show this morning. I placed another call and was told the technician lived in the town next to me and he would be here this afternoon. Surprise Surprise. No Show / No Call. Called company again and got answering service and she said she would pass along my information. IS this shop for real? So two days without my vehicle and still no call back from managers/owners. read more

Wish I had waited for an appointment with a more reputable company. Early interaction was very good- Allstate was quick to respond and schedule a visit. Then the trouble started. The first technician installed the wrong type of glass into our passenger window and broke the regulator. After a week of back and forth and a visit to a different mechanic to diagnose issue, Allstate admitted error and ordered the correct glass and agreed to pay for a new regulator. When they came to install the new glass, they broke the NEW regulator (appears they are unfamiliar with this particular Volvo set up). They refused to pay for this error and have ignored multiple emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional and unfortunate. read more

Zero stars! I had my windshield replaced last November. The technician left a mess. It recently started leaking. I called to get it fixed under their warranty. I got the run around. Nobody ever calls you back. I finaly had to have my insurance company step in. They came yesterday and fixed it, I hope. Time will tell. However, they once again failed to clean up the mess they left. They couldn't clean the windshield. I found to suction cup marks on the glass! Plus, they damaged the dash! I spoke to my insurance company and they will be filing a claim to get the dash fixed. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! read more

We had Robin & Christine install all painted back custom solid glass from Canada backsplash in orange. Their professionalism and high skills were amazing, but Christine's team who came by to install, were top shelf, high end mechanics. Lots of big smiles. We were so happy to have the Allstate Glass team do the work in our Brio Condo. Thanks again to all. Wahoooooooo read more

Allstate glass and repair don't use them they are the worse. They replaced a windshield and it makes a horrible noise now. They said it was the little plastic piece that is part of the mirror attachment, which They broke when they put the windshield in. Then they have the nerve to tell me that the rubber around the windshield doesn't not expand or shrink with the weather. Obviously these people have no clue on what they are doing. Oh and they sent out two technician one agrees its the windshield the other does not, but who do they listen too the one who says it isn't the windshield of course so it doesn't cost them any money. My next step is to contact Ben has your back on channel 5. DO NOT DO BUSINESSE WITH ALLSTATE GLASS THEY ARE A RIP OFF. Durango grammy. read more

I made an appointment with this place Saturday. They completely forgot to create my appointment. I called them this morning and the receptionist told me between 11-2. I call again same lady now she can't find my appointment. I talk to the Manager and told him I was reporting him to the BBB unless he rectified the situation and he keeps hanging up on me and won't give me him his name. Do not use them your car won't get fixed. Now it's going to rain.... great. Update: Jim claims below I wouldn't give him the vin. Their call center had my vin. They did not leave me a voicemail asking for it. Then they lied to me about having an appointment. Poor reviews are a consequence of poor customer service. read more

My windshield was damaged and my insurance company sent Allstate Auto Glass to my house. Sadly, the driver drove off my (straight) driveway in the rain resulting in and my lawn- and my neighbors lawn being damaged - their van required a tow truck to be moved from the grassy hill. I later noticed there were wires and a wire connector left in my car, and my 1 year old Volvo is now showing a camera error message. Upon my first ride to work with my new windshield, I noticed the windshield was cracked and I now need to wait another week for this to be replaced. Only deal with this company if you have time and energy to waste. In my opinion, the frustration is not worth it! read more

Our family has used Allstate Glass twice in the last few months and we're thrilled with the service, efficiency and professionalism of this company. This place is highly recommended. I had 2 attempts with safelite and they were horrible. I contacted Allstate in Holbrook and they got me in and had me booked for a windshield replacement and calibration right away. I arrived and they were waiting for me, took my truck right in and completed everything within probably 45 mins. They were awesome and all very friendly. I tell everyone now to go here, do not use safelite!!! read more

I had a pretty bad experience with this company. I first set up to have my windshield replaced at my work place from 10-6. The technician called me at 7:50AM (woke me up) asking if he could do it at my house instead within a half hour. I was ok with this. The technician came to my house and installed the glass. The glass install itself was fine no problems. However I have a car stereo which does not have Bluetooth (its a old $70 dollar stereo) so I use a AUX headphone cord instead. When I got in my car I noticed the end piece of my cord was snapped off and stuck in the headphone jack. The technician must have kneeled or sat in my passenger seat (where I lay the cord across everynight) and snapped the end piece of the cord. So I had this end piece of a headphone jack stuck in my aux. I called the glass company and they had the tech come out and try to remove the piece with pliers. The technician removed the piece but made the aux part even worse (completely loose no wire fits in). No my AUX is done nothing fits in. I called the glass company and spoke with Mary Ellen. Mary Ellen was very rude about the whole situation. She took the technicians side (whom lied and said he was never inside my car mind you I saw my passenger door open when I looked out my window) and would not listen to me about what happened. She kept yelling that the technician didn't break the cord. She acted like I was trying to con her out of money and I was being a scummy person. I have a good paying job and wouldn't make up a lie for a piece of crap $70 dollar stereo. It was the principal.I just wanted a glass replacement and not have to buy a new stereo because of it. You can tell these ladies who answer the phones all watch out for each other no matter what the situation. The technician who worked on my windshield knows deep down inside that he broke the wire. They would not take responsibility. What a bitter taste this company left in my mouth. AND ON TOP OF THAT My mother also refers business to this company and when she called to speak to them they told her that her business wasn't even worth it because she only bought in 6 referrals last year. Very insulting. I work for a corporate location and found this company extremely unprofessional. Never seen anything like it. Plenty of glass companies to choose. Do not choose this one. read more

We needed a custom glass shower door and Allstate really came through. It took a long time for the appropriate parts to come in but now that I see the finished product, I'm glad it wasn't a rush job. I would absolutely recommend Allstate glass and use their services again if need be. Thank you so much! read more

They left shattered glass from my back windshield on my driveway (was not there before), I called and asked for someone to come use their vacuum to clean it up because I have dogs who could cut their paws on it. They came back and said they were going to clean it up. I went back out the next day and glass shards were just blown into my garden and front lawn instead. This was my first and last time using this company! read more

in a nutshell, very poor service. they replaced my windshield and it leaked when i went through car wash and tried to blame it on my roof racks leaking and then they wanted me to go out of my way for a water test. after back and forth with their customer service people i had safelite come and put a new one in and guess what, he showed me 2 holes where it was leaking so it wasn't put in correctly. safe to say my new windshield from safelite does not leak in the car wash.. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

I would say doug macbrien the owner is one of the top ten business owners I have done business with in my lifetime. I needed rear glass on my RV and all the big chain glass places turned me down. Doug took the job on the spot. Had one of his guys drive home. Handled the insurance claim and had it all done that day. I recommend him 100%. rv owners come on down. read more

These guys have been great! I have dealt with Jeremy over the phone and he has been the nicest person to work with. I filed a claim through my insurance and they were really giving me the run around, but Jeremy was really patient though the whole process. He always gave me updates and was very kind all the way to the end. The person who was sent out to do the work did it promptly and everything was finished in just a couple hours. I really appreciated the work the Allstate Glass did for me and would highly recommend anyone in the area to call them for all your glass needs! read more

ruined the exterior of my car, they scratched my hood significantly and also the lining around my windshield. The interior was left a complete mess with black rubber debris everywhere: on dashboard, seats, and floor. So careless and inconsiderate. Only went there because of other reviews listed on their site were sooooo positive. I'm so unhappy. read more
