When installing they did not have the proper tools to drill through the tile ( red flag ) but they claimed they did this all the time . While they were working I smelled smoke I went upstairs to find one the workers smoking in my bathroom and flicking ashes into a brand new toilet ( I almost had a heart attack ) now they had to reorder that second piece after a few days we noticed we had to squeegee the glass ( it was not treated ) when I called c thru no response nothing . Now the doors were not closing right water on my floor we called in another glass specialist . We were correct they screwed us because they did not have money to order my treated glass now still no response from them . Please do not use this company they are not licensed or insured and awful to deal with ! When getting a windshield done they make you leave your car (hello this 2016 glass companies go to you ) again not insured and extremely unprofessional !!!!

Lesson learned -- I'll never use a drive-through car wash again! I contacted Rainer, the owner of Lux Car Care, and he recommended a professional paint correction and buffing to remove the fibers and restore the finish. It was literally one of the best investments I've ever made in a vehicle! Rainer's work was absolutely amazing. When I got my Bronco back, the paint looked better than it did the day I purchased it. The difference was incredible. He even went the extra mile and took my Bronco badges to a local business to have them painted lime green to perfectly match my front grille -- an awesome custom touch that completely tied the look together. The attention to detail, quality of work, and customer service were outstanding. I honestly couldn't be happier with how my Bronco turned out. He even input my email incorrectly so that I didn't get a receipt for the transaction, thankfully I paid with a credit card. No contact info on his website for a reason! Buyer beware.

You have to call and book an appointment, you can't just show up. But I was in the area so I stopped by then called. Within 25 minutes he showed up, brought my car in, and within about 10 more minutes my tint job was done. I only needed my front windows done but he matched them PERFECTLY with the other windows. My story is a bit different in that I decided not to pursue tinting for my home. Regrettably, I had…read moregotten a quote from a different tinting company, which included the application of a sample tint to one of my windows. When I decided that I preferred no tinting, the unnamed company wanted to charge me $350 to remove their sample! I reached out to Rick at Eastern Glass Tinting and offered to pay them this amount to remove the sample tint, just so I wouldn't have to deal with the other company. Rick was so appalled by their lack of professionalism that he did it for free. That's right - in his spare time he came to our home and removed the other company's tint, at no charge, just because that's how you do good business. Thank you. I hope that folks see this review and your good deed comes back to you in greater portions.
