If you have a need for auto body work, stop looking immediately and call Demko, better yet go see them at 725 South Main Street in Randolph. I have a great vehicle, it's older but well cared for it's a 1998 Buick Lesabre. I am on the road for work and this car is very important to me. I unfortunately got stopped short on in bumper to bumper traffic and my car was a mess in the front end and lots of damage. Because of the age I had no collision coverage, made no sense as the insurance company would total it. I met with Derek at Demko, and explained my situation thinking no one will care, I was wrong! All repairs were coming out of pocket (A LOT !) I need my car to work and Derek came up with several alternatives and solutions to get me back on the road. I was able to have the work done and allowed me to take care of the financials as I could. I was without my car for 3 weeks but they went right to work on my vehicle. They were able to locate available parts and put it all back together. The price was outstanding and once I got the cost taken care of I was driving away and my car had been done for a week waiting for me. Prior to talking to Demko I spoke to 3 other auto body shops, their prices were on average 30% higher and offered me no alternatives as Demko. I never expected this and my car is great now, they are without a doubt the finest people and listen to you and offer solutions. Most auto body shops want to pile it on, not Demko they want people to speak their story. Thus this is my experience with Demko. Do not hesitate, go there and be surprised as I was. Last Fall I had damage to the front panel and bumper of my car due to weather conditions. The first shop that came to my mind was Demko. This has become a decision which I TOTALLY regret. To be honest this used to be my go to place to get my car fixed, and have been there a few times. The work they did to my front panel and bumper was high school shop class type work. Sloppy and cheap, keeping in mind I payed good money for them to work on my car. Running paint and overall bad quality work. I was shocked because they used to do good work before. This was not even the worst part.. After I got my car back I realized that some of my personal belongings were STOLEN from my car! At the time I was going through health problems and decided to pick my battles. For anyone wanting to get their car fixed here then please choose a different place. read more
