Bought a brand new, spic-n-span, 2026 top of the line Chevrolet Suburban, Premier. 9 miles on it. Time to put on 9 more. Head over to Sunstoppers and get the ceramic coating and film and window tint... You know what it is. First, place a call to the number one executive office manager of the world: Kelly, Benney Pesos, the mild mannered money man's on line 9. Pick up! Lol. Sunstoppers, busy... Very busy. Exchanging small talk and professional pleasantries with Kelly always feels perfect. Special K: Thank you. Fast forward to a few days after taking possession of my Suburban aka The Dark Knight, the latest line of Suburban trucks I've purchased in The Bat-mobile series -- from Batman Begins to The Bat-Mobile to The Bat-Buggy to The Tumbler to the Bruce Wayne, and now, to The Dark Knight... Each transformation begins at the Chevrolet dealer and ends at Sunstoppers: the alpha and omega; the beginning and end. Gotta love it, right? The truck looks great, feels great, and ready to ride around the globe. I'd be remiss if I failed to mention that there was so much more that Sunstoppers did for me like pointing me to prescient car auto sounds dealers and custom car designers... Service requested: Check. Service quality: Check. Service value: you already know... Check. If I had mentioned all of the aforementioned to you, the reader, you might have thought I was in Heaven and was taken away under intergalactic divine order by those Special Ones -- however you conceive it and them to be... (Insert happy faces here.) In short... I was so pleased, I felt like a four wheeling cute country cuss kid pouring hot sauce on them pork chop sandwiches. Lol My experience. I'm loving it... Plenty of parking in the lot, right by Walmart mart, Quincy auto etc. Is a regular store for me. Staff is usually helpful, can borrow scanner, check battery health (mind you i wouldn't take that battery health scanner as fact) said my battery was good but it definitely wasn't. Car died after a day haha. Copped new gold standard.. if you go autozone or advanced, go with gold level. Don't bother with silver or bronze not worth it.

They called me after a week and 1/2 to tell me my car was ready but they were waiting for the insurance company. I really appreciated the follow-up because I was unsure how long it would take to fix my car. They followed up with 2 other calls to let me know it was ready. When I picked my car up, the detailing both inside and the outside were amazing. The car is only a year old, so its still shiny, but they made my girl look even sparklier. I am so happy and pleasantly surprised. Would def recommend them again.

They were very easy to deal with, and very flexible with my schedule. The front end person, I think Gloria, was very professional but understanding that this whole thing was stressful. I didn't have to do a lot of follow up with them. They also detailed my car, which I've never had done, but from what I could tell they did an awesome job there too. My car looks and smells nice. Afterwards I took my car to my normal trusted mechanic to make sure everything was good, and they were very impressed with the work. They couldn't tell it was in an accident, and said that they saw enough bad body work that it was refreshing to see when it was done really well. I've already recommended them to people.

A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were parked on a local street in my car getting ready to…read moreleave for home. We hadn't moved yet when suddenly a pick-up truck took a too tight left turn into a store parking lot and clipped my bumper while doing so. My front bumper was pulled half off which also created a small dent on the right side panel adjacent to the bumper. UGH! The best thing of course is that no one was injured but honestly what a pain! Two weeks prior to this accident I had noted a large and deep scratch on the passenger side rear door...it looked like someone had keyed my car door. Getting the car door repainted was on my to-do list, and now here I had this accident on my hands. Cohasset Collision has a great reputation and fortunately is but a couple of miles from my home. Their work is guaranteed. Although I had to wait a couple of days until they had time to work on my car, I was pleased that it was finished within 5 days which was less time than they had estimated. I brought it in on a Monday morning and got a call at 8:00am on Friday that it was ready for pickup. I was thrilled when I got my car back...it looked like new. They had offered to "touch up" the door scratch if I didn't want to pay the $1,200.00 to have the whole door painted but I opted to do it right; a touch up didn't seem like the right place to try to save a few bucks. The door looks great, and perfectly matches the tough to match pearl white paint color on my car. Not only does my car look like new and the work is guaranteed but when I walked over to my car to inspect the work I was not only happy with the job they did but very pleased to see that the card had been washed. When I got in the car to drive it away I was pleasantly surprised to note that they had also thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the entire interior. It even smelled like new. They have a car rental service on the premises which I did not need...but of course that is a convenient service. In talking to the desk staff there, the owners are on premises (in fact we dealt with one of them) and we were told that most of the staff have worked there for years and years. That's a good sign in my opinion. They do have a car waxing service available which I am going to take advantage of this fall. Part of taking good care of your car is not just washing it but ensuring that it is properly hand-waxed and buffed. Cohasset Collision has my business...although other than getting it waxed I hope I don't need their services any time soon!
