I just drove straight there. It was 7:30 am and they don't open until 8, but a couple of guys were there and the door was unlocked. Long story short, they took in my car, worked with me and my insurance, got me a good price, and the window was replaced by noon. I couldn't leave work to pick it up, so they let me pay remotely and left the car for me so I could pick it up later that night. Sucky situation that turned into an actual very enjoyable customer service experience. Nice to work with people who get that and don't take advantage when you're already in a frustrated, vulnerable position.

Paul went above and beyond with his service. I have an autistic child who was very interested in watching the windshield replacement and wanted to understand exactly how everything was done. Paul was incredibly patient and kind. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed him how the process worked, rather than making him feel like he was in the way or asking too many questions. That meant so much to us. What may have seemed like a small gesture to Paul was actually a very meaningful experience for my son. He was excited, engaged, and genuinely happy to be included. Paul did an excellent job with my windshield, but what stood out even more was his patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Employees like him deserve to be recognized, and I wanted to make sure you knew what a great representative he was of your company. Please let Paul know how much we appreciated him today. He truly made what could have been an ordinary appointment into a really positive experience for my son and I. Thank you, Christine Gaffney
