I have encountered a lot in the automotive world, these people take the cake! Unprofessional and…read moreuseless! They had a set of motor mounts for 4 months. They only answer the phone 2 days a week and the people that do answers the phones can't even answer questions because they know nothing. The guy in charge wont return calls so you have to call excessively to get him on the phone. I got excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long. I finally requested my mounts back and it took getting very upset to get them back, 3 weeks later. The people in the office are useless and the owner just doesn't care to communicate with customers. Just beware!

I received an email and a text message that it was going to be delivered at 11:52 PM. They cancel the order without calling me and the order was supposed to be delivered by DoorDash. No contact cancel the order and stuck it to me. I would not do business with this location or this company again. Now I have to chase them to get my money back.

The manager in Weymouth says they tell their customers that they probably won't fit that well and you have to tug and tuck them to try to get a reasonable fit. Has anyone heard of this policy before? I can't afford to be stuck with seat covers that I can't use. I will try back in my original store tomorrow. If I get this same treatment, I'm going to call corporate. I will also try channel 7 to see if they will help me. Now I'm afraid to ever purchase from this store again.

For just $26 I was able to get new windshield blades for both of my windshield wipers and the person at the checkout area went ahead and installed them for me in less than a minute. I really appreciated the service of having the wiper blades put on for me. I looked around the store and it seemed very well kept and the merchandise was well organized. The sales staff was knowledgeable and very good with customer service. I would definitely return here for any of my automotive needs.

Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.

I come in to make a simple purchase of brake pads and rotors. The kid at the counter could not recommend anything. I had to look everything up on my phone. I then ask what the best rotors and pads are. He had no idea. I also had to ask about a special they had. He could not recommend anything or explain the special. His boss out back would not come out to assist. He wanted everything relayed to him. Needless to say I had no help and was not confident in the purchase so I had to walk out. The plan was to change my brakes tonight but due to the managers lack of caring to help a customer they will not be done. I would give them zero stars if I could.
