I can't recommend New World Auto Glass enough. I had to cancel my appointment with another company…read morebecause both customer's service and the technician were total jerks. Ill never use again (let's call them Safelite), and reached out to my insurance company again to try to find someone to fix my windshield. I went with New World. Jerry was super helpful from start to finish. He showed up ON TIME despite only having my name and address for my first appointment. The work couldn't be done because it was raining, which I totally understand. He rescheduled no problem, and was again ON TIME for the second appointment and before I could even get out of my house, he was already working on the car. The day after the repair he realized I had a plastic box on my old windshield that he forgot to leave. He reached out to me and offered to bring it back that day until I told him it didn't work anyway and he did me a favor getting rid of it. He was super helpful through the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone.

A call to the owner revealed he will not stand behind his work after a certain time frame. He claimed that the snow was up to the window and I showed him a photo where it clearly is not. The other two windows have snow but no leakage. He was annoyed to be bothered on a Sunday and accused me of threatening him but he simply did not like my tone. I had already reached out to his answering service as he suggested and they are nothing but rude. Proceed at your own peril.

The man behind the counter first told me "we're too busy" without even considering the job, or offering to make me an appointment. I was able to coax him out from behind the desk to look at my car and take my number to call me when "the person who can make these estimates" had returned. They called back a couple hours later and complained the job was too much work because it involved "cutting out the glass". Refused to provide any kind of quote even when I confirmed I understood it was a different kind of job than a regular windshield replacement. They alternated between "we're too busy" and "it's too much work". Horrible customer service. They don't want your business. Don't waste your time bringing any projects here. P.S. Their front door advertises tinting services; when I inquired about this, he said they don't do tints anymore. The sign would take a few minutes to remove. This is a good indication of the level of professionalism you can expect from Fields Corner Glass.
