From start to finish a top notch, professional job. Gilmer and the team were the best. Highly recommended.

They did really good work and offered us a competitive price. When the roofing shingles we ordered…read morewere not available from their supplier, they upgraded without charging us. These are strong positives. I expect that the extra grade of shingle was comped in order to stay on schedule and keep their crew busy in the off season. Also we got a seasonal discount after I noticed it advertised on ThumbTack and asked. The greatest difficulty was getting the warranty registered. I had to try and contract the rep many times and finally contacted the manufacturer of the shingle to get it registered. We had another issue where they were installing a new skylight and didn't warn us about debris that would fall down into the bathroom below. Also, they worked until after dark and we had to follow up to get some small tasks completed as asked. All in all a positive experience and worth considering for the quality work at a competitive price, but you'll need to stay on the crew to make sure the job is completed properly.

I'd gotten a new metal roof 6 years ago so the small 4 inch gutters I had weren't working during hard rains. Ricardo with 2 guys came out as scheduled (which is amazing these days!!!!) They were professional, very courteous, and very hard workers! His price was very reasonable and the cleanup as well. I asked for extra piping so the downspout would drain in a different area. No problem! He charged a small amount to do this but it was a difficult ask as it was next to a large 20 year old tree so roots were an issue but THEY GOT IT DONE! I would definitely recommend.

I had brain surgery 3 months ago, I really don't need this crap. Don't recommend nd, still finding roofing nails around my house. Update. They did try to make it right in a way. I have to give them credit for that. That turns this review from a 1 to a 3. The damage to the interior of my house still exists and is ultimately up to me to fix. The roofing is fixed and the flashing is done to standard after having them come back and do it right the second time. They will throw the contract at you so make sure it covers you "the customer" up front if you decide to go with this company. Original: This is an extremely unprofessional, overpriced company that does not stand by the work they do and will not remedy issues caused by their company. Like other reviewers say, there is a language barrier while work is happening. While they are at your house, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK and video them being unprofessional if you have to. They did the job incorrectly on my roof vents, drip edge and flashing. Customer should be able to trust a contractor.... you can't trust them. PERIOD. The "toss" heavy roof material leaving cracks in drywall and damage to your house, which they will not take responsibility for. They even damaged my kitchen cabinets due to the vibration and rough work leaving my new cabinets coming off the wall. They simply blow debris around to "clean up" your yard. it's disgusting and these people don't deserve to be in business. They are absolutely not worth the price and only care about money. Rude customer service, cross out the liability section in your contract. . I'm disgruntled.

I reached out to Stewart Roofing in late October and Tim went above and beyond - walking me through how to wrap our chimney to make sure that wasn't the source of the issues, and getting us hooked up with Joe for an assessment. With winter approaching, I was so worried about the standing water above our bathroom ceiling in the attic and possibly having serious water damage. Joe was fabulous! He walked me through a few issues we had, gave me some best guesses as to the source of the water, and offered a couple of solutions to fix the problem. We ended up replacing the entire back half of the roof in mid-November and the leak hasn't been an issue since then. The installation team was a pleasure to work with, very polite and professional and did an excellent job cleaning up. From the first phone call I made to the follow up after installation everyone has been a JOY to work with. Thank you so much for taking us on as clients - I just really can't say thank you enough.
