We had been referred to her from a real estate attorney, Todd Heise (of Heise and Heise LLC), and could not have been more pleased. She had an offer within 2 days, worked on our behalf during some extremely intense back and forth with the buyers, and was able to close on the property within 2 months. She's professional, VERY knowledgeable when it comes to understanding the markets, and sets expectations so there are no surprises throughout the process. Whether you're a buyer, seller, or investor it would be in your best interests to call her to see how she can help you. Simply put, when the time arrives where I will need a real estate broker again, she is definitely the person I will be using again.

She filled me in on all of the neighborhoods and helped me find the one that was best for me. She had access to so many houses when they first came on the market, which was great. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all of our 500 questions a day. We also had a lot of fun working with her and her great personality. We looked forward to hanging out with her driving around Baltimore looking for a house! I continue to recommend Suzie to friends in the area, and know we will be turning back to her when it's time to move.

From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

The best way to describe Peter and Red Cedar is high touch, white glove - concierge service. Peter knew the market and had a powerful team of equally adept realty professionals. Nothing happened without Peter's knowledge and he always focused on what was best for us: Initially meeting through closing. Here's where the professionalism goes to another level - Peter builds relationships with his clients, throws mixers, and checked up on us a couple of times per year. And, he DIDN'T ASK US FOR THE NEXT DEAL each time he subtly checked in on us over 5 years! He and his team cares about you - long term not just to get a sale. After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. We completed representation paperwork, his AMAZING 360 degree Ariel and interior video/photography genius turned up and transformed our house into a buyer's beacon that sold our home within 24-48 hours of posting - FULL PRICE OFFER!!!! This is Red Cedar - all day long. After getting an offer, Peter and his team coordinate every document, appointment, and follow-up like a well oiled machine. The signing appointment was completely painless without any hiccups in the paperwork or payout - again, Peter and Red Cedar are professionals and the service providers (Ex. Title Company) were exceptional too. Thanks Peter and Red Cedar for your exemplary support, education, and caring over 5 years!

Long & Foster Real Estate

I have been going through a rough process of separation from my spouse of 21 years. It has not been easy and one of the things I have been saving for all this time is a down payment and first month's rent for a home rental where I can live separately from my spouse. When I finally saved it, what I believed to be the appropriate amount to secure a home, I reached out to Long & Foster last weekend (5th/6th Sep) - i forget exactly what day it was. I was googling and Long & Foster popped up. I called. The answering service picked up. They were nice. They took my messages. I have never had anything to do with Long & Foster until last week which was my first time - And I wish I had not having gone what I have gone through with one of their realtors. This is complaint against a Long & Foster realtor, Mr. Yehuda Blasenstein. I randomly just picked him from hundreds hoping he will be able to help me out. But he really did not because he simply did not care at all. This realtor took almost 3 days to contact me after I had left 3 messages. When I finally found him on Facebook, I noticed he had a WhatsApp account. So, I reached out to him there not realizing he had already left a voice mail that same day - I was losing hope. By this time, I was already thinking of getting another realtor, but he called eventually. When we finally contacted each other, it was on WhatsApp. He wrote he called me earlier and left me a voice message, I could not pick up since I was working and I did see one voice mail and one call from him I missed. His voice mail message had no apologies nor any explanations why he could not have called sooner. Again, I wish I had just called another realtor, but I figured he deserved a chance to prove himself which I did. So, I gave him my requirements as to the type of rental I would like to have - all relayed via WhatsApp. I told him I needed to find a 3 bedroom, 2 to 3 bath, 1600 to 2000 sq. ft rental home in the Elkridge area preferably with the following features: central air, nice kitchen with an island, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, a driveway, a basement, front yard, and a fenced back yard. So I gave these specs including the area I wanted the rental home at thinking he'll have some list for me later that evening which he implied he would but only to ask me once again, that evening, if Elkridge was the only area I was interested. He could have asked that question earlier. So, I waited all day thinking he will have some list, but he only had more questions for me. That evening I felt disappointed and misled. So, he proceeded to ask on WhatsApp when we would like to meet? I said ASAP. I wanted to give him another chance. Then I did not hear anymore from him until the next day. He was prompted by my typing on WhatsApp, "hello?" since I didn't hear back from him that night. I heard back from him near noon and left a voice message on WhatsApp stating that there was a shooting near his place and that prevented him from responding to me. I responded compassionately expressing that he was hopefully ok. Then I asked when I can expect the emailed listings by, and he said that he was working on it. An hour later he was telling me he could not find any home that met my criteria. So, I narrowed it down to where he can just look for rental homes that are 1800 sq ft or more, 3 bdrms with a front yard and fenced backyard at 1700 to 1900 per month. So I waited a day, then I waited 4 more days - nothing. Finally, I got fed up. I concluded he just did not care because of his lack of timely response. I felt abandoned. Because of this I have no favorable view for Long & Foster. I was very disappointed. When I told him on WhatsApp that I was disappointed by his lack of interest, he never responded period. No apologies. No explanations. No sense of accountability whatsoever. I should have just chosen another realtor when I had the chance!! I'm searching on my own now. No more Long & Foster for me!!
