I had a new ac system installed in my house in January along with a new furnace. A friend came…read moreover yesterday and he looked at a repair I need in the back bedroom. It was stifling hot in the room. I told him this is our canfield central AC. We went to the kitchen and he said this is the way it should work in the bedroom. I have had them back twice to fix it and it still isn't working. We have a window unit in our bedroom just so we can sleep. My friend said that Greg Canfield would never have allowed that kind of work to be done. He said get them back out here and have them make it right. Unfortunately Greg Canfield is no longer the owner. Buyer beware, find a company who will fix their work until it is right. I would take any help or advice.

I would not recommend Arctic, Inc. for Generator installation. Arctic, Inc. did not install up to…read morecode, that could cause carbon monoxide poisoning to enter the home. Artic, Inc. left off the rubber gasket that should have kept the mice out. Instead, they entered and chewed the wire causing a repair bill because the gasket was left off. A more knowledgeable repair company came to replace the gasket only to find the gas line was not connected correctly resulting in another repair bill. To have it removed so it is up to code will be another $1500. Arctic, Inc. Artic, Inc. used tape to hold the gas line connection to the generator.

It was hard to watch them sit on their phones while the electricians did their work, they could have been cleaning or something. DO NOT have them do a duct cleaning. Call Modernistic for that. We've used Modernistic twice and had MUCH better results. SP bent every single cold air return in our house and basically blew the dust into our house and left it for me to clean. They also left metal shavings all over our basement from cutting into the duct work.
