This bent it and wound up setting it at an angle where it could not close properly. This is the original fence that came with the house, about 60-ish years old now. In all that time it had held strong but finally time and an SUV had caught up with it. I offered to help him out by getting this fixed, but honestly I had never called a fence company before so this was new ground for me. After googling for fence companies in the area, I found Paradise Fence Company and spoke with Michael Paradise himself. We agreed on a time to meet at my Uncle's house to check out the damage. He showed up on time as promised and quickly examined the scene. He was very honest with me: this was a tiny job that his company normally would not do. However, he also saw that I was in a bit of a tough spot so he quoted me a *very* fair price on the spot. I say fair because I did get two other quotes and both were higher. Because this job was a smaller one, it took Paradise about a month to find a time slot when they would be doing a larger job nearby to come and work on the fence. The job was not without its issues. When the guys arrived they had forgotten their own power generator, so they tried to use the power in my Uncle's house but their equipment wound up tripping our breakers - so if you notice they don't have their own power, I recommend you ask them to get it and come back. Fortunately Michael himself delivered the power generator and they were able to do the job. Upon inspecting the fence, I have to say you would never know there had been an accident. Everything that was bent had been straightened out and the hinges that were replaced looked new but did not stick out like a sore thumb. Most importantly the fence doors could now all close properly! Overall with one hiccup I had a very positive experience with Paradise Fence Supply and would recommend them if you need fence repair.

After working with Marty designing the kitchen Frank took over for the operational portion of the project. We had a kitchen floor that had a huge pitch to a far corner. Frank's crew made it square, the floor tiles look beautiful Frank took a murder scene (we just bought the house in poor shape) and transformed it into a beautiful kitchen. My wife was a chef and she is very pleased with the outcome. The Bosch equipment is top notch. Franks crew was always attentive and on target. We purchased Waypoint cabinets from Countywide and had many damaged items in our original shipment…read more There are stress cracks in the wood on most of the cabinet doors where the hinges were factory installed. The paint surfaces were rough, uneven and cracked in some spots, the shelving surfaces are peeling . The crown moldings and trims were dented. The touch-up paint didn't match. After two partial replacement deliveries, one door was worst than the next. The third set of replacements were ordered to the store. When I went to inspect them I was greeted by a woman named Jeanne who got upset that I wouldn't accept more damaged cabinetry. She got extremely loud when I pointed out the damage on the doors and when I asked her to "please quiet down and allow me to continue inspecting the doors", she ordered me to leave and called the police. Why ? She said because I was refusing the replacements. She scoffed when I stated that "I spent over $8000 on these cabinets and they're damaged" and then further mocked me by saying that " You spent $8K ? others spend $80,000 !" As if my money is any less valuable ? The credit card dispute failed. They won't replace the doors or shelves and we are stuck with garbage ! The only way to get a refund WAS to take apart the kitchen ! The kitchen we paid to have installed and will be paying off for the next ten years. Waypoint ONLY deals with the distributor, there is no customer service through them; it's through Countywide - SHOP WHERE THEY VALUE YOUR BUSINESS , STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT THEY SELL AND WHERE YOU WILL GET CUSTOMER SERVICE ----- AND THAT IS NOT AT THIS STORE !
