On moving day, I was stuck in traffic and took me longer to arrive than expected. I called them to let them know and they informed me that the crew start their clock upon arrival at the destination unfortunately and had to pay extra time, but I understood. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough.
