And if you want your remnant pieces to use for anything else (the left over pieces from the slabs you already bought) - you will upcharged like crazy. I know there is a cost to fabrication but I was able to get the pieces I wanter fabricated from a remnant at another stone place (Meta stone - amazing!!) for ONE THIRD the price that this place wanted to charge me for using remnants from the stone I already paid for!! Insane. Oh and good luck getting them to email or call you back. They won't.

What a difference a week and mason makes…read more We're in the process of finalizing our backyard, and it's time to select the pavers. After visiting another locale two weeks ago, we came here this past Saturday. What a difference. We were greeted, by Alex, immediately upon coming in. We explained what we were looking to do, he then came out with us and showed us the many options outside, as well as some recommendations and ideas for both the floor tile, and wall tile. His enthusiasm for what he does was also evident. Answered all of our questions, and provided additional feedback we hadn't considered. We walked away knowing more about our project than we did when we came in. Alex didn't just point us outside. Further, when my wife went back in to grab a catalog, he used her name. This is the sort of thing you want to see from a business. Unfortunately, not enough of them bother. I've been told by our contractor that their prices are competitive, but this is not the reason for this review. This is a business that "gets it". We found our mason supplier, one more thing to check off the box. If you're looking for pavers, this is your place.

We looked at the deck samples near the door then proceeded to walk around their decking displays. When we were walking past the men while going in to the adjoining showroom, one man looked up and said hello. It is rather strange how not one of them got up and asked if we needed help. We have a nice size project that we will be using an other company to install. The manager/owners should be aware of their employees disregard to potential customers, and the probability of losing sales because of their lack of customer service.

Wanted to use an outdated measurement from someone else instead of measuring the kitchen himself,…read moreeven though the design, including the sink, had changed. Please read on, it gets worse. Was too careless to cut the backsplash to the windowsill . The cutouts for the outlets were gouged and jagged, not finished. And the worst part: Even though he and I had agreed he would tell me when to visit his store to decide which parts of the slab should go where, he went ahead without notifying me and cut it. He then had his men surprise deliver it to me ( he said they were going to do something different, not delivering). When I wanted to send it back, so that we can look at the entire slab, to see whether I like how he cut it, he became extremely vindictive and told me he would tell his men to " leave the stone on my front step" and " not return." This meant he would keep my money and the other half of the slab. And quit and leave me stuck. He also never comes to your house to supervise or contribute to the work, he leaves everything to the workmen. He also doesn't communicate, not when the slab arrives at his store, so you are deprived from your preferences on which parts you like best. He also fails to tell you when there are long travel delays. There is no way around this incompetence and callous disrespect..

For a small operation, we were thrilled with their service and the quality of their work on our countertop, doorway saddle, shower curb and shelf was excellent.
