He then had me initiate a defragmentation on my hard drive. This was smart since it took about four hours. After completion I texted him and he had me bring my computer right over. He replaced the hard drive, cloned my other hard drive to that new one, and then evaluated to make sure all was working well. Less than three hours later I had my computer back. John was pleasant, professional, and efficient. His charges were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased. I highly recommend him. His location was convenient for me but if I had another computer repair, I would not hesitate to drive 30 minutes to get to him.

I had so many pictures on the phone I thought we a total loss. Baby pictures, promotional pictures etc. that I didn't back up on my cloud. I took it last week on a Monday and hoped I wouldn't get the dreadful call that there wasn't anything they could do as the guy behind the counter didn't seem to convinced that it could be replaced since it appeared internal stuff could be damaged. Thursday I get a call and I am currently typing on my REPLACED screen!!! I don't know how they did it but it's fixed! So I took my wife's laptop and they were able to trouble shoot the issue which turned out to be just a bad power supply! Talk about a relief as our desktop contracted what appeared to be a virus. I took the desktop in and hoped they could salvage the desktop even though I know depending on the type of virus, it could ruin the entire thing. I got a call from the manager the next day after drop off and he told me they were able to get rid of the virus thank god! He also suggested some upgrades as I got the machine at micro center and didn't really know what I got. Instead of upwelling me they added some different things that were supposed to help me download and upload things quicker. My wife try's it out and now can upload her college assignments a lot faster and it no longer freezes when opening up power points. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs.
