This seemed so high to solely clear the dryer duct. I put in a project request for a whole house duct clean and Cesar responded SO FAST. He gave me a reasonable quote for the whole house including the dryer duct. 5 stars for communication throughout the whole process, from quick Yelp responses to letting me know he was on his way this morning, and for showing me photos and videos of before and after of the ducts, and just for an all around professional in-person experience. During the initial tour I asked if he also cleaned the fans in the laundry and bathrooms and he said that's not typically a part of the service, but he was happy to take a look and give them some compressed air. The before and after pics of the laundry room fan were NO JOKE. He said we might have saved that motor and I believe it. It always feels strange having a stranger move throughout the whole house, but Cesar was incredibly professional, immediately wore booties upon entering the house without me even asking, and was so gracious when we asked him to step outside a couple of times so we could move our unfriendly dog to a different floor as he moved through the space.
