I was watching everything he was doing and he even gave me some pointers on how to extend the longevity of the new heater. He was kind, patient, and informative. Great value for what you pay. Within ~10 minutes, got a call from this company who asked some basic questions and troubleshooted some things over the phone, without even talking amount payment or price. When that didn't work after an hour, I messaged back and they got me on the schedule for the next day (it was already 5pm by this time. They came promptly during the window and gave me heads up, figured out the issue in less than 15 minutes, and gave me a range of options and prices. He actually taught me several things about the AC and showed me how to do some repairs myself and where to get parts, and lo and behold it worked like a charm! Couldn't be happier with the quality, speed, and friendliness of the service. Got my AC pumping ice cold air in time to get the house cool for my kids' naps. Davey will absolutely be my go-to from now on and I would recommend them to anyone and everything.

If someone doesn't respond to something like this, you need to try just a little bit hard harder.
