They did…read morefind out the problem after a bit, but didn't want to do any maintenance on the unit because of a bush? I easily cut the bush in 5 minutes, this wasn't a crazy bush. I understand the maintenance wasn't scheduled but I've never had a company turn down additional work while onsite. I also asked for a mini split quote and they didn't look at the attic access at all to see what was possible. It's a tight space but inspectors have been up there. Their solutions just didn't seem like they wanted to do the work. Quote at $15k. I talked to a contractor the following week and he said that the attic space would be sufficient for someone to go in. They did come on time.
