I hired them for a new disposal a year ago, and have found them to be great. I even called once when I had a smell in my laundry room and they spent plenty of time with me on the phone troubleshooting. It's nice to have a plumber you know and can have a relationship with rather than just whatever tech shows up from most other companies.

Mr. Carlson arrived in the time frame that we scheduled, and he completed the jobs quickly and efficiently. As a final bonus, he and his assistant removed the old hot water heater. This is the second time that Carlson Plumbing has been to my house, and I've been very pleased with both visits. I highly recommend them!

Would not recommend as this seems overpriced and that lady needs to work on her customer service skills. Six years ago I hired Just Plumbing to repipe my house. Bill, the company owner and a master…read moreplumber, Chris, another master plumber, and one other person completed the job in two days. They were friendly and considerate, and did a superb job. When finished, I asked Bill for a recommendation for someone to replace the tile that had been destroyed for the basement shower's new fixtures. He asked me if I still had some of that tile. I did, and he repaired the wall! Then he asked if I had any grout, and he regrouted it! He did a perfect job! This was definitely not in the scope of the repipe work. My repipe has been problem-free for six years so I recently hired them to move my washer upstairs to an area with no plumbing. Bill and Chris came again, along with one other worker, Edgar. They completed the plumbing in a day and moved the washer upstairs. Then Bill said that after I had a 240V line installed for the dryer, they would come back to move it upstairs, plus build a vent to the outside. Again, this was not in our contract. So back they came, moved the dryer up, and vented it 17 ft. to the back of the house. When finished, I asked Chris how to get the old sump pump lid off so I could drain it. He asked for a shop vac, and did it for me, a disgusting, smelly job, and cleaned up the mess. Again, this was not in our contract. My two experiences with Just Plumbing have shown me that this is a company that not only does excellent work, but is more than willing to go the extra mile. I recommend them without reservation.

Again, Austin with acorn plumbing services was a gift to this family and their plumbing issues.

I emailed, voicemailed and texted at his request my need for some home plumbing, two 'small' projects, and he initially voicemailed me back that he was ordering a needed part. Then he ( a day later or so) contacted me saying, I should order the part myself as it would be under the mfr lifetime warranty. Short version, he just disappeared and after a few days of being patient and no response I just fixed it all myself. So, that was the upside. Next time you need a plumber, call me (no, no don't do that!!). But I did learn how to replace a shower control cartridge, very easy to do, you don't need a plumber at all. I would have been totally fine with him saying "I don't have time/your project is too small/whatever" and I'd have moved on happily. But he just left me hanging and thus 1 star, it'd be 0 stars if possible. Sorry.
