I spent 7k on an install. The whole thing leaked 4 years in and everything died at 5.5 years. I literally called 30 times for them to come out. They ghosted me and I had to spend another 7 grand to replace everything. On top of that I had them put a recirculating pup in the house to get instant hot water. It never seemed to work right. That is because they put the pump in backwards on the cold and not the hot. Once I paid to get that moved for $500, I had instant hot water. Let the buyer beware. read more

I called Key Plumbing to assist me with removing our dryer hose since Best Buy couldn't remove it. The owner Bill came out and was very helpful! Key Plumbing replaced the gas valve (that was not up to code,) and just ended up installing our dryer at a very reasonable cost! They were very professional and did a fantastic job! Thanks Key Plumbing! read more

Dan's the man! Key Plumbing Solutions and Dan the plumber are very reliable and can offer services at a lower price. They also won't rip you off for by telling you that you need something that you don't. I trust this business and highly recommend. Thanks! read more

Bill and Key Plumbing were recommended to us by our HOA. I called Bill about a steam shower that had stopped working properly and was leaking. Bill came out to take a look and said we would need to replace the unit. He was going to check with his warehouse to find a replacement and let me know what my options were. After a week or two I didn't hear back from Bill so I sent him a text asking for a update. Bill said he had emailed me the info about the replacement. I didn't have any emails from Bill so I kindly asked him to re-send it. After another week, still no email so I called and left him a voicemail. Two more weeks go by and no phone call back from Bill. I tried sending him another text asking why he has gone radio silent on me and yet again no response. In my opinion this is very unprofessional and I would not recommend Bill with Key Plumbing. Communication is key and very easy to call/text someone back. Even if you're busy or can no longer take on the job, just communicate that to your customers instead of going radio silent on them. I wish I had a better experience with Bill and Key Plumbing. read more

Key Plumbing is my go to plumber. Fortunately, I don't need a plumber that often but they are always fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I'm super impressed with the emergency response - when you have a plumbing emergency, you need it fixed yesterday and the few times I've needed help quick, they were there! read more

I recommend Bill and the guys at Key Plumbing Solutions, no question. They arrived with everything they might need, and were finished in a couple hours - AND THEY WERE TIDY!!! A+ rating from this satisfied customer. read more

If you are looking for an honest plumber, then Bill at Key Plumbing solutions is who you want to call. I used them to replace a water heater. The existing heater was old and it finally sprung a leak at the bottom (much to my downstairs neighbors dismay). No way to fix the existing heater. He managed to fit me in first thing on a Monday. In addition, I was in the middle of a renovation, so they did a little bit of work that same day on some of plumbing that needed to be done and didn't charge me. Prices are reasonable. He quoted a fixed fee. No up selling or nickel and dime antics that is common with most plumbers or big box retailer installers. Would definitely use them again. read more

I already knew Bill was a plumber I could trust, so I referred him to my neighbors, who also happen to be very good friends. They are super meticulous about maintaining their late 1970's era home, that is beginning to need more maintenance. They had a pipe freeze up on them and burst a couple of years ago, and Bill was there to help them - FAST! Just this week, my neighbors apparently had some buildup in their main drain out of the house, so they had Bill come out and jet-clean their drain. I wouldn't have known about this, except that my neighbors were so happy with Bill's service and value, that they went out of their way to thank me for introducing them to Bill, and his company. Whether it's an emergency repair or a routine cleaning, Bill and his team will be handling all of my plumbing needs (and my neighbor's, too)! read more

Bill and his team are the best!! Super honest and ethical and they do great work. We wont use or go anywhere else for any plumbing or remodel needs. read more

Water pouring out of a light fixture from 2 levels up into my basement on THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!! I don't expect Bill or his team to always be available on a holiday but that is the service he gave me during my emergency water issue on Thanksgiving. I can not thank him enough, there is not enough room on any review sheet for the praise I could give, but truly just know that their is not another plumber I can thank as much as I thank Bill at Key Plumbing Solutions. Of course, I would recommend him to everyone but especially for emergency needs. read more

Bill at Key Plumbing was the best! He figured out exactly what part he needed for my old, leaking toilet just by the description I gave him over the phone. After a terrible experience with another plumber who came out twice and was still unable to fix my toilet, claiming it was too specialized of a toilet (it's an old wall-mount toilet), Bill was a breath of fresh air! He showed up with the right part without having to even see the toilet and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Even more impressive, he did this work for a fraction of the price the other company had quoted me. I'm so glad I got in touch with Bill; Key Plumbing was amazing and I would recommend them a thousand times over. Thanks, Bill! read more

My first experience with with Key Plumbing started well, the guys were on time, and spent 4-5 hours working on various repairs on two apartments I own, and got the job done. They inadvertently left one shower not in working order, due to a communication issue about the new valve and trim I bought at Lowes which turned out to be terrible quality, but Bill the owner was responsive to my complaint, and came back and made the situation right. thanks Bill, I really appreciate it!! read more

Bill is an honest and reliable guy! He backs up his work and shows up when he says he is going to show up. I had to have my entire plumbing replaced this year and he stood behind his work when I had one minor issue pop up when it was done. Bill was out at my home the next day to fix. He also helped me fix a bathroom vanity my contractor put in incorrectly! I highly recommend Bill and his guy Ryan. It's hard to find good and honest contractors these days, so Bill is a fresh breath of air. I'm also a Realtor and have referred him to clients! Which is HUGE in the Realtor world! read more

I highly recommend Bill and his team for your plumbing needs. He has done work on my older house more than a few times over the last few years for water line repair/replacement, gas line installation and a H20 heater installation. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, competitively priced and does great work. All things that are important when considering any type of service. I have recommended Bill to friends who have used him as well. Whether you are looking for new construction, repair/replacement and/or installation needs; do yourself a favor and call Bill. read more

I recently finished my basement and upgraded the plumbing throughout the house. Bill was great to work with throughout the entire process.

Wow! I could not be happier with the service I just received from Key Plumbing Solutions. I just just experienced a disgusting sewage backup situation which was starting to flood my living room floor. Bill, the owner, came himself within an hour of my calling and had the situation under control in no time. I knew he had a great reputation of being reliable, and honest and he totally exceeded my expectations. read more

Bill and his crew have done several jobs for me at my home and business. Very professional!

I have now used Bill and Key Plumbing Solutions 3 times on my properties. Whereas other companies have repeatedly tried to get me to spend thousands of dollars digging up and replacing a sewer line, Bill has kept the lines clear. I can't recommend Bill enough for his integrity, quality and fairness. Bill keep up the good work and if anyone in Denver needs a quality craftsman in an often stinky business, give Bill a call! read more

Bill Griggs and his team at Key Plumbing are awesome - professional, knowledgeable, show up on time and get the job done right the first time. Highly recommend this company! read more

I hired Key Plumbing Solutions to install some bathroom fixtures, one of which was a pedestal sink. They installed the pedestal normally rather than fitting it below the light fixture which is 4 inches to the left of the sink center. Now my bathroom is something right out of a Dr. Seuss book. If they would have pointed it out I would have purchased a vanity instead of installing the pedestal or would have had them simply install the parts that would allow the sink to sit properly beneath the light fixture (even if the pipes showed, it would be better than the circus in there now). Bill Griggs, the owner, had previously worked on my daughter's house and had done a good job (despite not pointing out that her bathtub was leaking while working in one of her bathrooms so now she gets to pay another plumber's base fee to come out even though he could have fixed it while he was already there). After several phone calls they did not even show the common curtesy of responding to me to discuss. After I submitted a complaint on the BBB, Bill responded tersely and has made no attempt to right the situation. Lesson: should have paid with a credit card so I could have disputed the transaction. read more
