Although their optical display has room for improvement, I envision a space that's warm and inviting, with a great inventory that draws me in. As someone who has overcome a stroke and navigates with a walker, I would hope that the office pays more attention to and makes it more accessible space for walker users, and wheelchair users in the future. I had to ask the young man to basically move the furniture, so i could get by. I realized that the space isn't wheelchair accessible, which is an area for growth. The optical machine presented some challenges, requiring multiple attempts, and the young ladies were patient and persistent. Although the process took some time, I appreciate their efforts; it wasn't their fault at all. It's not a good fit for me, especially since the optical selection wasn't exciting or to my taste.

Dr. Orathay and his assistants, Lacy Joslin and Jamie Lewis, were always very friendly, which makes a big difference compared to other optometry clinics. They don't look at your face with a dollar sign. My prescription was for transition lenses, which didn't work for me, and they agreed to exchange them for bifocals. When they called me to pick up the lenses, everything was EXCELLENT. For the prescription change, they also gave me a small refund to my debit card (something unexpected). If you'd like help in Spanish, they'll be happy to do so. Super honest, punctual, and very professional. Thank you so much! I went in a while back with the intention of getting their Buy One Get One for $79 deal, but didn't…read morerealize till after the eye exam that the only pairs of glasses that are eligible for that are random colors and leopard print. Not only did I feel the need to purchase more expensive glasses for something that looked more "casual", but they constantly pushed back my pick up date without informing me so I kept going back and forth with no glasses. Each time having to hunt someone down because there wasn't any employees on the sales floor or behind the desks! I was told and expected to have both pairs within 2 weeks but received the first pair on week two and had to wait almost an hour because they had not put the lenses in the frames yet. While waiting another 4 weeks for my last pair, the bolt holding my frame together broke days after getting them and I had to bring them back for them to install it correctly. To their credit, they did do it quickly and I haven't had that issue since. When I finally hounded the customer support for the third time, which was not in-store employees, I finally was contacted to pick up the sunglasses that I had bought. I went to pick up my SUNGLASSES that had almost completely transparent lenses. My girlfriend told me that I looked like Neo from the matrix if he was wearing goggles. I asked them if they can tint the lenses a bit because when they were on the display, they weren't even close to being transparent. They said that they could but they'd give me a call when the tint arrived. It's been 3 months since then and i'm yet to receive any kind of communication at all. I'm going to just take it as a loss and find a more customer friendly establishment.
