He recommended a root canal and recommended an endodontist. His staff called their office, while I was waiting, to make an appointment the following day. Wow... great customer service. During this visit, I got a zirconia crown made after a root canal. I was impressed how quickly the crown was made at Dr. Wong's office. The process took about 1 1/2 hours. My appointment was booked for 2 hours. His assistant, Emily, was very friendly and accommodating to my personal medical needs. Dr. Wong was pleasant during the procedure. He has a calm demeanor. Prior to any work being done, Dr. Alijanian gives one a menu of flavors on a towel to use for your comfort. When starting the initial process of anesthesia, Dr. Alijanian gives you a whiff, dose, whatever you want to call it of some type of gas to alleviate any pain of intravenous anesthetic. There is absolutely no pain associated with the process of pulling teeth. I had two molars extracted and felt nothing. I'm not sure why, but I may also have had a novacain injection as the area of removal was numb when I went home. I would reccommend Dr. Alijanian to anyone.
