Like many others, I'm not the biggest fan of those biannual cleanings (ouchy), but Kwon & Jabbour have made the experience as painless as possible. This office lacks depth in diagnosis, and treatment technique is very poor. Instead of admitting the mistake, office continued to be defensive and rude.
