This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They are VERY unorganized and UNHYGIENIC. We came in as a walk-in and expected to wait some time. However, my mom was the 5th person in line, the FIRST new patient/walk-in patient though, and a woman who came in as a walk-in/new patient as well after, was attended to first. We arrived before they opened at 9am and were not taken back until 10:54am. I was there to translate for my mom. The dentist Nina (I assume as she didn't introduce herself) was very rough and rude with my mom. My mom was having molar/jaw pain, which Nina was informed about, and she kept moving my mom around roughly for the different positions for x-rays WITHOUT guidance or saying much to her. Just grabbing her and moving/jolting her around. I had to step in and ask her to be gentle because she looked like she was trying to pry my mom's mouth open and my mom was very visibly and audibly in pain! After X-rays were done, she said the "doctor" would be talking to us. Also, during her exam of my mom, she used the SAME GLOVES to work in my moms mouth, grab different things and tools, touching the overhead light and xray machine things, and pushing the buttons for the pictures to be taken ALL WITH THE SAME GLOVES. And the X-ray and lights were NOT covered with plastic or cleaned from what I saw. So it's safe to assume that every patient is met with same unhygienic practices. Very unsettling. After some time, the male dentist (Mikhail, again assuming as no introduction made) looked at my mom's X-rays briefly, tapped on her teeth, and told her she needed a root canal all within under a minute. My mom expressed wanting an extraction instead of a root canal and he said "no, we save the teeth, schedule root canal" before walking away from us. As my mom and I were reviewing what she said and I was confirming she did not want a root canal, he stepped back to where we were and said "you go now, all done, go, go!" Rushing us out. We told them and made it clear we did not want to return for any further services or procedures and left. Need to mention also how disorganized they were. Multiple overlapping appts, long wait times, and unorganized charts. Heard the clerk staff looking for lost/misplaced charts a few times. Overall very unpleasant experience, worst one. We do NOT recommend this dental office at ALL! But if you don't care about waiting long periods, rough and dismissive staff, or receiving service in a clean office, then this is the place for you. read more

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this dental office. I came in for a root canal, but the dentist told me he wouldn't do the treatment unless I agreed to have two of my other teeth removed -- teeth that were not even close to the affected one and that I had no issues with. I clearly told him I did not want those teeth removed, but he refused to proceed with the root canal unless I agreed. What's worse is that my brother went there for a simple cleaning, and without asking for his permission, the dentist pulled out one of his teeth. No explanation, no consent -- just did it. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, it's dangerous. Dentists are supposed to listen to their patients, explain options, and respect their decisions -- not pressure them into unnecessary procedures or perform treatments without consent. I would not recommend this office to anyone and have filed a formal complaint with the Dental Board of California read more

Normally I like going to the dentist it's never been such a hassle. The dentist is gentle and knows his profession. However the receptionist was an absolutely disgusting, horrible,incompetent and very quick to interrupt and speak over patients . My first visit she tryedto shoo me away I told her I was recently diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic after waking from a coma an infection could negatively impact my health possibly causing another seizure or death. Great experience guys, I do recommend to everyone. My son 14 years old needed a root canal procedure. I called this office in the morning and by 5:30pm I was leaving with my son and procedure done. Literally the worst service I ever experienced at a dentist. The receptionist has attitude and barely knows what's she's doing. Had to wait two months to get work done because they didn't submit my referral to my insurance. And to make it even better she didn't even submit the referral right so not all the work I needed done was approved. Dr. Mikhail is just plain rude. When I asked him once my insurance approves for the other work to be done he said no you don't need your fine we won't do it. He was very rude and basically refused to do the work and told me to do it somewhere else. And I told him they referred me here. He then responded "yes because they can't do it.. oh well" so horrible! Next time I'll drive to San Jose for better service and treatment. They need to learn how to treat people. read more

0 stars absolutely made an appointment for extreme pain in my tooth on friday came in monday at 4:30 keep in mind i was having alot of pain and still called ahead of time to make sure i was going to get tooth extracted they said yes to come in went in to my appointment waited for about 2 hours and dentist was being super rude and yelling to other people there in office speaking another language over you when i was told to come in to see him he explained i needed a root canal i said yes but i wish to just have my tooth extracted he then said no if your not doing a root canal then get out of my office never have i had this experience with anybody wasted my time and were extremely rude this place should be shut down asap hopefully bbb gets a hold of this place soon read more

Tis place is great. When you call they often remember your name and they don't appear to use a computer, it's just like "okay, come in Tuesday at 1pm" and your appointment is set. Wait times are 15min-1hour TOPS. Can't complain. Dr. Mikhail is a strong guy, great for pulling teeth! Friendly & efficient! 5 stars, no more root canals for me, TYVM. read more

Read the reviews, they're accurate. Probably the worst experience I've ever encountered at a dental office. Nobody greeted me at the desk for 10-15 minutes, waited about 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment. They double book patients for the same time and get completely overwhelmed. It's very obvious they're just trying to bill you or your insurance for as much as possible, recommending X Rays and root canals. The head dentist won't listen to any of your concerns and just say "that's normal" and wave it off. I came in for a "deep" cleaning, and he spent a whole three minutes with less than a half ass job. They dental staff practically yell when communicating with each other. If you want a relaxed environment, this is not the place. I got up to tell the staff member I was leaving and the head dentist noticed, so he practically kicked the lady out of the chair before me and told me to take a seat. Myself and my daughter both needed root canals. They did a very good job. I like three things about this practice. They are very time except Walk-in they are open on Sundays and I didn't feel any pain. They are always busy but they will get to you, you just need to wait your turn. Set an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for a cleaning and x-rays. Arrived there and the staff was quite rude and impatient upon my early arrival. Was rushed in for the cleaning and It was obvious that they were not going to receive enough money from my insurance coverage so I was broomed immediately following the cleaning . ZERO stars! My daughter and I had the absolute WORSE experience here. It was her first experience with the dentist. When we arrived for her appointment, the woman at the front desk was very rude. After a few minutes, the woman dentist, who I can only assume was Nina as she didn't introduce herself, brought my daughter and I back into the room. However, it was so much a room, but more a divided off space also used for storage. After sitting for a few minutes in the room, the female dentist came in and asked me "what she (my daughter) was there for." Are you serious? What reason, other than getting your teeth cleaned and checked out, brings you to a dentist? After explaining what brought us in, the woman walked out, returned with a tray of tools and we didn't see her again. A couple minutes later, a male walks in, and again I can only assume he was a dentist as well as he didn't introduce himself. I was confused as I had made the appointment with the woman dentist because my daughter is more comfortable with females. Well, when the male dentist came in, my daughter shut down. He then proceeded to YELL at her, telling her to "go home" and "get out of his chair." As I was getting ready to take my daughter and leave, he at least attempted to get her to feel comfortable, showing her the buttons for the chair and having her count my teeth. My daughter allowed him to count her teeth, after which he said "ok, bye, come back in 6 months." I was in shock. After looking at her teeth for no more than 10 seconds, he just determined that her teeth were fine? I think not. We will NOT be returning to this dental office, nor do we recommend it to anyone else, especially those with children. read more
