This Vietnamese restaurant is a new, modern addition to the area, with a trendy vibe. Service: Genuinely friendly and welcoming. Their vibe can seriously brighten anyone's day. Pho: While adding garnishes to my pho, I quickly noticed that the jalapenos were dark, soft, and slimy. I tossed them immediately and rinsed everything else, hoping it would be fine. But while eating, the basil had an odd taste, so I had to pick it out. The sriacha also tasted off. I tried to look for an expiraiton date but there was none on the package. Although the broth was delicious (broth is really good!), everything else pretty much fell short and then I fell sick shortly after. Shaken Beef: It was good, but different. It has a unique luc lac flavor than I'm not used to. This dish was more vegetables than beef also, making it not worth it for the price. Overall, I think the food is okay. Consuming the food after knowing the garnishes weren't fresh wasn't a good idea, as I got sick. I'm sure this was an isolated incident and the restaurant will address these concerns, but at the moment, I'm a bit hesitant of returning. Sorry, this wasn't for me. read more

Atrocious customer service; it took over 15 minutes for the waitress wearing a black shirt to seat me, ignore me, and then finally notice me again before taking my order... all while checking on her phone and chitchatting with her coworker. The table and seat were sticky too, and the quality of the food has gone down during my last few visits as well.... Disappointed. read more

The restaurant r pretty new so I'm pretty much skeptical of going there especially in BP. I'd ate in the past nearby the areas, but it wasn't up to bared n parents didn't like it at all. So I told myself why don't I take my nephew n give it a try in the rain. We had ordered the special Pho bowl n the regular bowl plus fried eggs rolls. Actually the outcome wasn't too bad at all. The Pho bowls were very tasty n freshly made. I just love how the soup really came together with the meats n noodles. The meats wasn't too raw n white noodles cooked just right. I'll definitely would cone back again every-time I drive down to Baldwin Park visiting my parents on the weekend. Enjoyed a nice warm bowl of Pho tonight. Had the meatball and beef sliced pho and a shrimp and a bbq pork spring roll (1-each). Delicious broth and overall very well rounded flavors. Each of the items ordered were freshly made. Service was good. Very quick service. You order and within minutes your food is table side , and welcomed the friendly service when being served. My brisket Pho was delicious. The take out was made at 8:11 pm yet they state they close at 8:30 pm The gal who answered was so kind when I asked if it was too late to order. She kindly said, "No, not at all. What can we make for you?" When I went to pick-up items, most lights were off and they were mopping and cleaning. A gentleman greeted me at the door and smiled when I told him I only had cash. "I'll see what I can do." Thank you, employees for making this a pleasant and worth while take out. I DID forget my strawberry lemonade. When I return to dine inside, I will enjoy it with some more entrees. I've dined inside a year ago. The ambiance of the restaurant is comforting and its self seating. We were served fast and we were able to order quickly and easily. The broth was rich, but lacked some flavor, even with the chili oil. The eggrolls were really good. They had a nice crunch to them and the veggies accompanied the eggrolls really well. I love pho so I'm super happy they opened a cute pho spot in the neighborhood. I came during early dinner, 5pm-ish. and by the time I left all tables were seated and a short line started. This place is new, open for a few months so I feel like front of house is getting into the groove of things. The young staff were helpful and checked on me while the place was filling up. I ordered the shaken beef with red rice and a side of pho broth. (I wasn't ready to commit to pho alone so I felt safe with my order). The beef was good but the red rice was the star. Really flavorful. I'm a bit particular with the type of pho I like and the only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is bc their pho leaned a little to the cinnamon-y side which I'm not too crazy about. got dinner here tonight and was impressed! one of my favorite vietnamese dishes - bo luc lac (grilled filet mignon) - was done the best i'd ever had it here. the meat was so tender with a flavor that keeps going and calls you back for another bite, even though you're already full. we got a ton of dishes, wanted to try everything from every section basically lol. started with the eggrolls, which come with herbs, pickled radish/carrot, cucumbers, and lettuce to wrap it all up and dip into the fish sauce nuoc mam. i like that the eggrolls have taro, in addition to carrot/pork/noodles in the filling. they were crispy, handmade, and cooked perfectly. the pho had an excellent broth with a deep flavor. we sipped all the broth! comes with fresh herbs to add in, lime to squeeze. the rice noodle bowl, bun (pronounced "boon"), was refreshing, with a salad under the noodles, pickled radish/carrots, herbs, crisp eggrolls... but the most refreshing thing was the vietnamese lime soda and strawberry lemonade. it was not too sweet and full of flavor. a nice subtle drink, but they have a large variety of drinks to satisfy any craving. the service was very friendly and workers were constantly on their feet, moving moving moving. if you're in the eastern san gabriel valley, i highly suggest coming here. in addition, the establishment has a very modern look and feel to it, super clean and they play nice chill music. lotsa parking out front in the lot! read more

I've been here twice and loved both dishes. I got the brisket and beef balls pho to-go and the broth might be the best in town. I stayed away from pho in the area the last few years because it felt like recipes were tweaked and corners were cut in some restaurants that I won't name. The pho here is bringing me back. Briefly speaking with the owner, he said they basically let their broth gently simmer round the clock and the cook's been making pho for decades. It shows in the taste. I've also tried the grilled pork chop and rice plate which I attached a photo. The chops are well-marinated and will probably a go-to dish for me. The egg comes on the side, but I've made a habit of topping eggs on rice and breaking the yolk. "Comparison is the thief of joy" so I don't want to compare it to anything, or say it's better than this, or that. I'm just going to enjoy it and hope others do too. The thai tea is great as far as drinks go, and as of this writing, you get a free strawberry lemonade for checking in on yelp, so watch out for that deal. I went during a rush and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. Pretty quick considering they only had one cashier at the time. If you're pressed for time, maybe order ahead. read more

I never knew this place existed considering I live in Baldwin Park. 2) The customer service was impeccable. When you walk inside, someone is there to greet you and ask you if you are dining in or take out. Then when you are seated your order is timely taken. The restaurant owner walked by each table to ask how the food and drinks tasted. 3) The food was amazing. I ordered the #3 pho and a Vietnamese coffee. The portions were plentiful, the noodles were perfectly chewy, and the broth was deliciously rich. The Vietnamese coffee was amazingly strong.
