It sure sucks when you need a tow truck. But at least for me, my experience with ALL STAR TOW was excellent, Had a bad flat which a can of fix o flat couldn't seal. And my car doesn't come with a spare. Thanks AMG I was assisted by Mike and he brought a flatbed to carry my AWD vehicle to the tire shop. He handled my car with care and was super friendly. Thank you ALL STAR TOW for your service. read more

I was stranded in a parking lot with a completely flat tire, and my insurance sent this company to tow my vehicle to a repair place very close by. I waited a few hours before the tow truck driver arrived. He started setting up to tow my vehicle but then abruptly stopped. He said he was told to discontinue because my insurance coverage had lapsed, which made no sense. Then he left. I called my insurance representative, and she assured me my coverage was fine and dispatched another towing company. She called me a little later while I was still waiting for the second towing company. She said she did some investigating and found out that All Star Towing had simply abandoned the job of towing my vehicle (after I waited a few hours for them, mind you) in order to go and take up another towing job that they would get more money for. read more

Juan towed my 45' 3 axle motor Coach from San Francisco to our yard in Stockton with his 50 ton rotator. He was professional, safe, and we had good conversation on the way. Thank you Juan. read more

Called All Star Towing, was quoted $165. When the truck arrived, it had EB Towing on the side. The driver confirmed the quote and said they were the same company. No issue there. After the car was dropped off, the charge was $173 instead. When questioned, the driver said $165 was the cash price, $173 for credit cards -- something neither the operator nor the driver mentioned upfront. It's not about the $7, it's about transparency. Had they been upfront, this would be a 5-star review. Don't change the price at the last second. read more

What a joke! Scamming a minor!!! DO NOT TRUST!!! They are scamming with Zelle! They want you to pay Zelle when the town, that is not a thing with towing. Do not fall for this! read more

I'm not sure why a tow company would drop a busted vehicle in front of their business. Then, when asked if they can remove it, tell me to call 311. That's the same as you telling me to call your parents to clean your own room. I'll update this posting once it's gone, but let's do better "All Star Towing." read more

Really bad customer service and driver. Called in for a tow truck and told dispatcher for driver to call me when he was enroute, dispatch said driver will be enroute right away. Driver never called and I waited for 45 mins then called to cancel. Driver showed up when I wasn't with my car and started to hook up my truck with any permission. I showed up to check on my truck and it was hooked up to a tow truck then driver said I have to pay him or else he would not release my truck to me. Even tho that was an illegal way to get money. I had to end up paying this guys for not doing anything but unhook my truck on a call it was cancelled. Wouldn't recommend this company unless you want bad customer service and them taking your money for no reason. No even counting that driver hooked up him chains to the grin of my truck scratching my front bumper. read more

Needed to tow my old (non-driveable truck from storage to home. Tow truck showed up as scheduled, and the operator was great in all respects. I had him park it on a hill in a tight place, and he nailed it. Great skill and professionalism. Don't forget to tip your tow truck driver/operator for a job well done. read more

My fiancé needed his car towed. These guys got dispatched through insurance, and from the start, they were disrespectful, unhelpful, and confrontational. After my fiancé asked them not to drive it, they did, and the driver even said "it doesn't seem like an engine issue". When he arrived, he was looking in the wrong spot, and called me to ask where he was, even though he had the address. After getting to the destination, he tried to charge me over the price we had agreed on. He got in my fiancés face when he came to my defense, and started being disrespectful and rude again. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Reading other reviews, this seems like the norm at this company. STAY AWAY! read more

I'm surprised to read the negative reviews as my experience with Bryan at All Star was excellent. My car broke down at a freeway off-ramp. My insurance contract with All Star. Bryan from All Star came promptly in 30mins and was professional in getting my car on his tow truck. My ordeal ended so quickly because of his prompt arrival and professionalism in handling the situation. Thanks again Bryan! read more

Don't use this tow service. They will scam you. They want you to ZELL/ VENMO them before they provide services. BIG RED FLAG FOR SCAMMER!!! I have never been asked to pay prior to services. And if they are the driver is under age, they are held liable to bring those minors home because minors are not allowed to take an uber without an adult. read more

The way people speak to you at this business is unprofessional and rude. They do not try to help as much as they are rude to you. I was having trouble with my payment method because of some financial issues so they kept our car overnight. However, the next day they demanded we pay CASH or zelle. I had gotten paid so I had more than enough money, but I was accused of trying to commit fraud. Just because I wanted a secure payment method. This made me feel like I wasn't a trusted customer. I did not have a good experience here. We already have to go through so much just to get in an accident, this just made it worst. read more

This company is GREAT! They were able to tow my car from Watsonville CA to Hollister CA when triple A would not, could not find anyone will to tow my car after it had broken down. My car is a 2010 Nissan Murano, not a hard car to tow. The said they would be there at around 1:00 and they were. I believe the drivers name was Omar (forgive me if it is not the correct name) but he was so nice and did a great job communicating with me. I hope that I never have to have a car towed but if I do, I am going to call All Star Towing Service! Charlene Hunt (Charlie) read more

Bullshit. Had them dispatched to tow my vehicle took time off of work only to wait hours for nothing. I called them only to be answered with a rude ass "WHAT" they couldn't tow my vehicle because it couldn't go into gear but it driven into the shop they were supposed to pick it up from. Hours passed with no contact after they "couldnt" pick it up wasting my time on top of the attitude. Insurance may choose this company without you knowing but if you have a choice don't go here read more

Following a roadside emergency due to fuel exhaustion, the CHP responded and initiated an investigation, culminating in arrest after refusing a sobriety test. My vehicle was towed by All Star from 8 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. the next day, incurring charges of $1,037.50. Fees included a $300 hourly rate for retrieving my phone without consent. Customer service declined to waive charges, displaying irritation. I condemn All Star's practice!!! $300 an hour??? lol!! Come on!!! Thieves is what they are!! However, when arriving to the tow yard, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Juan who provided me with great customer service! Thank you Juan! read more

This business lacks any ethics. Sent me a bill showing towing and storage unpaid even though the insurance company paid it. That's called fraud! When I called to voice my displeasure they proceeded to blame their lien company they contract with. Yup, always blame someone else for your garbage. Also, office worker "sorry I was multi tasking " making it well known she was getting jollies making someone wait unnecessarily; doing that to someone she never met before. Nice person - not. read more

Best service. Highly recommend. The driver was #1. Quick, knowledgeable, kind and made me safe. The driver was 23 yr old from Salinas.

Dog shit. He got the call in the middle of the night and did not want to come get my car.. After some convincing and pleading he sends someone.. shows up several hours later, his guy pulls my car out into the road and supposedly his tow cord/wire breaks and he leaves my car as a roar hazard now. He supposedly took photos that his guys "were there.. " "we tried".. they never called me to tell me this.. instead the local Sheriff called as well as CHP. CHP is upset with me that I left the car in a dangerous position in the roadway... I left it on the side of the road, All Star shitheads dragged it into the road and left it... so I got to deal with CHPs shit because of these fucking idiots... I hope my insurance drops them.... Don't work with insurance companies if you don't want to work 24/7.... Fuck this company. read more

I Called for a tow this afternoon. I got a quote and was asked to text the information on where the car was and going. I texted and asked for an ETA as well. Driver was half hour late, came with another person in the truck and no masks. Apparently somebody thinks that these rules don't apply To them. I had already getting a weird vibe. I asked how I was gonna ride in the truck to go with my car. The driver called his boss and I overheard his boss saying have her take an Uber. Why would I pay for an Uber. ? I declined the tow, the driver is still trying to work with this. Hes on the phone with his boss still. His boss hangs up and calls me and I declineservice. then he calls me back again and I decline the call. they just didn't understand what they were doing and how wrong it was. It was a creepy experience and I'll never use their service again read more

Locked my key in my Yukon WITH my two dogs. Insurance dispatched this company, one hour wait time. I called All Star directly to ask about expediting service...they were unable and instead canceled the service even though I didn't ask them to. I called my insurance and asked them to dispatch again. Same company, 30 minute later dispatch time. ETA came and no show...I called All Star to ask for new ETA and was told "I'll have the driver call you". 5 minutes later, no call back. I called another company and they dispatched a driver in 15 minutes. All Star driver drove by while other company was working on unlocking my car. My dogs sat inside my 100° vehicle for 2 hours. Beyond frustrating. Would never do business with All Star. read more

Very unprofessional. They tried to strong-arm me!! I'm in shock. I just needed gas. An oops on the side of the freeway. $95. Gas station 0.7 miles away, so I said nevermind & my daughter started walking. They called me 10 min later, multiple times before I answered. Them: We're on our way to give you gas. Me: I said nevermind, your price was too high. Them: Oh, well we're already on our way. Me: I said no, we're already walking to the gas station. Them: We're almost there. Me: No. Them: We'll make it $75. Me: I said no! *hang up* Better suited to being used car salesmen than roadside assistance. read more

Wonderful experience. I called from out of town to help a friend get her car towed quickly so it wouldn't get impounded. All Star Towing Services could have over charged me but they didn't. Not only was the price extremely fair but they understood the situation and had her car towed to safety asap. The name of this business should be ALL 5 STAR TOWING. Thanks guys for making a stressful situation much better. Check out their reviews on Google- 4.9 rated Note: I am a business owner and I know first hand that you cannot please all customers. This place is as shady as they come. ZERO STARS. They were called by my insurance agent after my vehicle was in an accident. I got into a verbal argument with the dispatcher because he insisted on taking my car to his own lot instead of the shop I frequently use. Thankfully, when I arrived at said shop my vehicle had been dropped off. One week to the day of my accident my insurance agent calls asking what shop I needed my car towed to. I explained to her that my car was already at the shop, and had been, since the day of the accident to my shop of choice. I also mentioned the verbal altercation with the dispatcher regarding his insistence on taking it to his lot and how unprofessional this was. She agreed and made a note to drop the company from their list of choices, based not only on my experience but other folks similar issues. Long story short, after clarifying with my shop that my vehicle had indeed been there since the day of the accident, this company was trying to scam a weeks worth of storage charges and a tow fee from my insurance company saying that my vehicle was at their lot for a week and is now being moved to my shop of choice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. read more

My car was broken down and he arrived fast. Once he arrived, he took less than 5 minutes to open my car.

Had one of my tire sidewalls blow out. Car doesn't have spare so needed a tow. I was waiting forever (almost 2 hours) for towing from another company. Then they said they couldn't service me. Mustafa and all star towing came within an hour once they were given the service. Brought a flat bed and he was EXTREMELY careful putting my car on the tow truck. He took such good care to not scratch or damage my carbon aero kit. Would highly recommend for any towing needs from supercar to entry level daily. James helped out greatly he helped push our car up the drive way. He was a great hand l, awesome service.

It took 2 hours for the driver to even arrive on scene, he called me once asking where the location was and then hung up on me once I explained. The tow truck reeked of cigarettes, like he had been smoking inside the truck, there was spilled chew spit all over the floor, and the worst part was he was texting while driving and almost rear ended a big rig. He had to slam on his brakes and swerve ONTO the sidewalk in order to avoid an accident. After this he just said 'oops' under his breath and finished his text message. read more
