Texting worked better for me; I got immediate responses on checking about their expected time of arrival. Both Miguel & Carlos were extremely polite, courteous and friendly. They ensured I was safe and went out of their way to make me comfortable. They were able to give me a ride in their truck to the auto shop, and on the way, we had a fantastic conversation about various things. The tow guy was not friendly, my bf and I have had better service from other companies before. The thing that made this experience a bad one is because the tow guy messed up my bumper as he was trying to remove the device that was attached from underneath my front bumper. He was having a hard time because my car is lowered. He ended up snapping off and breaking one of the clips from my bumper. We all took pictures of the damage. By the time I was trying to file a claim with them, they had denied everything saying that the damage was already there! Ridiculous. I would never get towing service from them nor would I recommend it. Btw it was also in their invoice receipt that they aren't reliable for damages once it's dropped. Well it wasn't dropped because my car was still hooked. I'm very upset with the company service. Lesson learned. Never again!
