Showed him multiple videos exactly like this. Had to go through corporate to get it fixed at another shop. Got it fixed at another shop. Do not go to Rommel. Corporate is alright. Rommel will say he couldn't duplicate the problem. He claimed it was fixed and it got stuck in gear 2 days later and I showed him a video. Rommel demanded to see a timestamp. Claimed he fixed it again. Got stuck in gear. He told me truck shifted beautifully and to take it back to Texas and see if they want to give me a new transmission. He does not stand by his work. When one of his techs said he heard the noise I was telling them about, Rommel yelled at him. In front of me. Then he yelled at him in the back room. Rommel is not cool. Brought my 2013 Lexus GS 350 in for a coolant leak and paid about $180 in diagnostic fees. They…read moretold me I needed a full radiator, thermostat, and hoses replaced -- quoted around $1,800. Their own paperwork admitted the cooling system only lost 1 psi in 15 minutes and that they couldn't actually find a leak. I got a second opinion at a dealership. The real problem was just the radiator cap -- the worn cap couldn't hold pressure, so the coolant was boiling over and escaping. About $100 to replace, and the car has run perfectly ever since. The cap was even listed on their own quote (a $26 part), but instead of trying the cheap fix first, they pushed a $1,500 radiator job. Either they couldn't diagnose a basic cooling issue or they were counting on me not getting a second opinion. Get your quote checked elsewhere before paying these guys.

I stopped by here on a whim, less than hopeful, because I always get overcharged for things like this. But right when I got here Ray was extremely kind and honest. He diagnosed my car right on the spot, which only took like 10 minutes... He even brought me over to the diagnostic scanner to show me EXACTLY what came up and what was wrong with my car. He explained everything very clearly and told me the parts I would need replaced. He then quoted me a very fair price and did not even pressure me to get it fixed there.. He wrote down the codes that the scanner brought up and told me to call him back if the engine check light went on again (he had cleared it when he was scanning it) to ensure that there really was a problem needed fixing. If you want to go to an honest shop, come here!

My friend and I…read morewere driving to pick something up when her vintage VW broke down 50 miles from our destination. It was Saturday at 3:00pm and shops were closing soon. We called mechanics and shops who couldn't help us until Monday, if at all. My friend wanted to get the car worked on immediately, because she didn't want to have to leave her car so far from home and at an unfamiliar mechanic shop in an unfamiliar town. We found Immortal Auto Moto and spoke with a very nice woman. She said Paul would call us soon. As promised, Paul called us shortly after and drove to us! He was so nice and went to work immediately! He found the problem, fixed it, and saved the day! His price was extremely reasonable and he didn't have any problems with my friend standing there watching him. In fact, he is an authentic person who is passionate about his work. Before I wrote this review, I peeked to see if he had a website. He does and it is excellent. There is only one problem with Paul and his business: I WANT HIM TO SERVICE ALL OF MY CARS and I live too far away! Too bad! My friend would like to have more work done on her car and loved Paul's work, but she lives too far away from him as well. If your car breaks down OR if you need an excellent, trustworthy, authentic mechanic- he is your man! I have been told by a very successful and prosperous person that there are three things everyone should have in order to do well in life: an excellent and honest doctor, lawyer, and mechanic. Well- Paul is an excellent mechanic and reasonably priced.Mechanics who are wolves in sheep's clothing will take advantage of drivers in vulnerable situations who are broken down on the side of the road, by overcharging and who knows what else. NOT PAUL! He's a true super hero!!! What a find! Paul's a Godsend!
