    Can you unstuck a cd that is stuck it does not play and it doesn't come out? Can I come for you to look at orwhat day is good for me to bring the car?itis. Mitsubishi Lancet year 2014.

Starting with a phone inquiry, their response was friendly and professional. Yes, they are busy, but they are very accommodating to my schedule too. Before I took my car in, I had an idea what my engine service light means through my car code scanner. But I'm not a mechanic and I don't know how accurate my scanner is and how much I can trust it. I took the car to George. His son Joe took care of me. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. He called me later when they had time to check my car out and told me the problem my car is having which is totally in-line with the scanner. (They did not know I had scanned the code already). They found a leak in a hose that would explain the failure code. They recommended to replace it and see if the code would go away, and to make sure no other problems were hidden behind that. They did not find additional problem. So, they only charged me for replacing the hose and a dirty air filter. The conclusion is: they know what they are doing and they did not try to sell me something that I don't need. They are honest, experienced, and knowledgeable. I believe this is a family business. Their passions and experience about auto repair is clearly evidenced. Yes, they charge 3% credit card fee. So, if you want to save a little, bring cash. To me, I am super happy that I found a auto shop for life !

    Buyer beware of this place,scare tactics style. Brought in my '06 Pilot here for a timing belt…read morechange at 200K miles. I'll admit, I'm no car buff or mechanic but one thing I know is if I bring a car with no sensor lights on, I expect to pick it up the same way. Well after I picked it up, suddenly my TPMS, check engine and two other lights would come on with starting the car. Funny enough, when I picked it up, this place told me my car checked out fine. So of course, I bring it back (took about 2 trips for this) and the 2nd visit they tell me I had to change a few items which at that point was going to be another $1K ($800 and $170) which all this was told by phone. I told them no way in hell and seeing as I've already given them $1300 between this car and another (for maintenance) telling me this seemed very much like a sketchy racket just to up sell people. So I picked up my car an hour after this conversation at which I told them not to do anything else so I can get a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Sure enough, the sensor lights were off. It magically fixes itself just because I complained and wasn't willing to get upsold. There it is folks. Maybe try to have someone with you that knows more about cars if you want to bring it to this shop.

And the prices are more than reasonable (less than half of what the Dealer would have charged). Work was done in a timely manner as promised. I had one little issue when I got home. I called and left a message for the owner. I received a prompt call back. The issue was solved and I'm very satisfied. My adult daughter used to take her Toyota RAV4 here for service. Always pleased. Plus, she is a veteran and they offered her a discount. Isn't that great? We will be back for certain.

    Went in with a Check engine light on, and an exhaust leak…read more.. They found a few issues where a bolt was missing and a crack in a piece going from the turbo to the exhaust. Mike worked with me to keep the cost down, knowing that the car isn't worth much...they fixed the most of the main issues and got it to pass smog!!! Here's a veeery SHORT, light version of my great experience after I took my car there: Mike & his team took EXCELLENT care of my 28-year old Mercury Sable LS. Mike directly told me his genuine concern regarding my car being safe enough for me to drive. Unlike dishonest repair shop owners who take advantage of the elderly & women (I happen to be both) who don't know much about cars, what's really needed and what the repairs should cost, 'Country Automotive' has been extremely honest with me from day 1 about my car's needs & ONLY did what needed to be done ... they told me no lies for trying to get me to spend more money on things that I did not need to have serviced or replaced. They explained everything to me in a way that was very easy for me to understand and were very patient with me in SO many ways. I am very, very pleased with their quality of service & professionalism... ... and the kind condolences that Mike showed me last month when I told him that my brother who lived across the country, had just passed away. In summary ... I plan on taking all of my future vehicles to Country Automotive because they have proven to me that they are worthy of my being their customer.
