We took our 2005 LR3 to M&M Auto after it had overheated. I was pretty worried when dropping it off because we were fearing the worse sense we had driven it without realizing it had overheated. When I got to the shop Min said he would need to keep the car for a day or two then call me back once he found out what was wrong. A day went by and he called and said he would need to order a new thermostat to even diagnose the problem any further. Thinking that this was going to be the beginning of a long process with this car I agreed and asked him to order it. Skip ahead two days he calls again but this time to say that the car was fixed and ready to be picked up! A little surprised (in a good way) we went down and picked up the car. It has been a week now and the car is running perfect. What I liked: 1. Min and his team were super friendly and helpful. Never once did I feel I was getting the run around and being taken advantage of. 2. They didn't even charge me until the job was done. 3. They work fast, and they know what they are doing! So my final piece of advice? If your having car troubles, save yourself some time and money and stop by M&M. read more

I use to take my vehicles here. Recommended to friends and family. I trusted this shop and honestly it all stemmed from the previous owners of this shop. Through the years I began to notice a decline in the quality of service. Ultimately I found a great mechanic and have since then went to m&m. As my new mechanic worked on my vehicle, he would point out work done by m and m. The quality was shameful. Example is the clutch job done by them. It so happens the flywheel bolts were loose along with the pressure plate bolts. This of course was something I would have never known about if I would have never found a mechanic that I trusted. Also i have noticed through the years multiple mechanics who assist him in the shop come and go. Oh also would like to mention a time when my car was returned without coolant. This review is long overdue. If I could give 10 starts I would. I've been coming to Bau for at least 5 years now. Every single time that I come in whether my car is acting up, my window is stuck, or I need an oil change he ALWAYS takes care of it promptly. He is the most honest and affordable mechanic that my family has ever been to. After he fixed my car for a fraction of what other people were charging we kept coming back and haven't ever had an issue. He gives you his opinion and tells you what your options are. As a woman, that means a lot. Came here because my car was making some weird sounds after someone tried to run me off 101. The owner checked out my car while I was at work and had everything fixed in a few hours. I went here because a co-worker told me she has been going their for years and the guy is very fair about pricing. She was right about the fair prices and he even figured out a problem with my car that the dealership and one other autobody shop couldn't figure out. We took our F-250 diesel here to get a diagnostic test ( not warm starting ). I can't remember the guy's name but he told us to bring it in and he'd let us know what the issue was. After a few days of testing and trying to figure out what was causing the warm start issue. He informed us that he did all the testing he could and that it would need to be test with an actual Ford tester to be able to in point the exact issue and he said he didn't was us to throw our money away guessing and replacing parts and still end up with the same issue. He recommended us to another shop that he said could help us (they did). He did not charge us for his time and gave a great referral. We appreciate his honesty! read more

I took my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse down to M&M Auto to have them fix the water-pump I had purchased the water-pump and whatever was needed to fix it. A few days later my husband gets a call from M&M saying that it was ready to be picked up and it was only going to cost 35.00 dollars because all that it needed was a hose clamp. I was very happy to hear first that all it needed was a clamp and that it was only going to cost 35.00. So being told that it was fixed I drove it then about a week later it started getting hot again. Needless to say M&M Auto did not fix the problem, we took it to another repair shop and not only did the water-pump need to be replaced we did some damage to the engine (blown head-gasket). I do not like M&M Auto at all if he didn't have time to fix it or whatever else he was thinking he could have been at least honest and suggest that we take else where bad experience. read more
