That form right there seems wrong of itself Despite the puppy having a genetic disorder, no one has zero empathy that your pet just died no matter how old it is. When you get defensive right off the bat about having to sign a piece of paperwork, you know you're doing something wrong. I hope the pain of guilt you felt when we told you that Chloe died sticks with you for the rest of forever. They said they were not going to change any of their practices and have been doing the same thing for over 50 years. This is extremely concerning to me and will be reported to the local Humane Society the Better Business Bureau and anyone else we can think of in order to stop puppies from being sold at this location. We were cycling another aquarium for Cychlids and went to Keepin It Reef, best decision we have made in years. In the end Reisa asked if we really wanted Cychlids, because our desire and discussion was really better suited for a change to Saltwater. Reisa and Joel patiently walked us through the pros and cons and that afternoon we had drained our aquarium and we were cycling Saltwater. We visited several times for free water checks and to pick their brains as we "patiently " waited for the tank to cycle. Well today is my wife's birthday and we visited again with hopes that our tank had cycled to a point where it was safe to introduce the first fish.
