I can't say enough good things about this fish store and the incredible people who work there. When…read moremy tank unexpectedly sprang a leak, I was completely overwhelmed and stressed. It felt like everything was happening at once -- and I truly needed guidance, reassurance, and kindness in that moment. Love was absolutely amazing. Not only knowledgeable, but genuinely compassionate and patient. I never once felt rushed or dismissed -- just supported. Rumi also went above and beyond, answering my emails almost instantly and making sure I had the information I needed right away. That level of responsiveness made all the difference during a stressful situation. What could have been a total disaster turned into a reminder that there are still businesses that truly care about their customers. Their kindness, expertise, and willingness to help meant more to me than I can express. If you're looking for a fish store that treats you like family and stands by you when things go wrong, this is the place. I'm incredibly grateful. They've also given me piece of mind for my future vacations

Reisa, Joel and Alexa have been fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to learn from and…read morework with. My wife and I have been amateur Aquarist for years with Koi ponds and Freshwater aquariums. We were cycling another aquarium for Cychlids and went to Keepin It Reef, best decision we have made in years. In the end Reisa asked if we really wanted Cychlids, because our desire and discussion was really better suited for a change to Saltwater. Reisa and Joel patiently walked us through the pros and cons and that afternoon we had drained our aquarium and we were cycling Saltwater. We visited several times for free water checks and to pick their brains as we "patiently " waited for the tank to cycle. Well today is my wife's birthday and we visited again with hopes that our tank had cycled to a point where it was safe to introduce the first fish. Reisa, Joel and Alexa confirmed that the tank was there and we are so excited to welcome our first pair of Clownfish. If you are looking for a well stocked store with a knowledgeable team that have the patience of a Kindergarten teacher, but the expertise of a professor...then look no more. Keepin It Reef is that Aquarist gold mine.

When that didn't work, he came out and took a look. It was a quick fix that I should have checked myself - tripped circuit breaker. Jon then also talked me through maintenance and what to keep an eye on going forward. Super nice guy. He would not let me pay him for coming out. I will for sure call him in the future if I ever need any pond/waterfall service. I highly recommend!

They came, he told me he would do a partial wash and not remove the fish and return at a later date to do another partial. Still charged me full price but I figured he would be back in a few weeks and was okay with this. After many phone calls and voicemails nothing. He even answered the phone once and told me he had a house alarm going off and would call me right back, still nothing. Moral of the story is they are dishonest, perhaps their work is amazing but at the end of the day they took my money without finishing the job and I can even get a phone call from them. Not cool
