I won't be recommending this place. I'm incredibly disappointed by the way my final interaction…read morewith Luke & Company was handled. My dog, Buddy, had been groomed by Valerie at Luke & Company for more than four years. Valerie knew Buddy well, and for years I trusted her to care for him. Sadly, Buddy was recently diagnosed with cancer and passed away just a week ago. It took me some time to finally work up the nerve to call Luke & Co. because I wanted Valerie to know that Buddy had passed. When I called, I was shocked to be told that they could not find any record of Buddy or me as clients after more than four years of nail trimming appointments. I asked for Valerie and was told she wasn't available, so I left a message for her to call me back. The next day, I didn't receive a response so I called again. During that conversation, I was told by the manager, Annie, that I was "not a good fit" for Luke & Co. anymore. (WHAT) Considering why I was calling, that response was incredibly hurtful. My dog had died. There was no future grooming relationship to end. I wasn't calling to make an appointment or ask for anything from the business. I was trying to tell the person who had groomed and cared for Buddy for four years that he was gone. I also struggle to understand how there was supposedly no record of us being clients, yet I could simultaneously be told that I was no longer a good fit for them. I understand that businesses have the right to decide who they want as clients. But after four years of bringing Buddy here, I expected some basic respect and understanding, and I received a door slammed in my face. I simply hoped that after four years, someone might acknowledge some basic compassion and I know Valerie cared about Buddy. (I wouldn't be surprised if they still didn't tell her). Whatever positive experiences I had over those four years with Valerie are unfortunately overshadowed by how I was treated at the very end. Being made to feel dismissed by a business that had cared for him for years made an already painful situation worse.

They created a space in a spare closet for my boy and made it cozy as well as provide temporary litter box as well as well as yummy food and treats. It meant everything to me to be able to let him hang out there while I went to get a bite to eat and a coffee. This was totally unorthodox and I would have never expected them to take so much time out of their day to care for my cat and myself. The van was repaired early afternoon and Gohan and I were back on the road, but not before the Lovely owners offered us some food samples and a really great sticker from the store! I'll never forget their care, and they showed me that they truly are in business love of people and animals, their wellbeing. I cannot recommend this store enough based on what I just wrote alone, but it's a really fantastic, natural foods store! Bless them!

The ladies who work there truly know their business and love all the animals who come through the door. Every time we walk in they are ready with a treat, a smile, and are immensely helpful. My favorite "go to" treats are the freeze dried lamb lung which they sell in bulk and the "Pet Popcorn" that is made in Evergreen, CO and comes in multiple flavors such as Tilapia, Salmon, Beef Liver, and Bison Liver. Pet Paradise has been a fixture of the community for nearly 20 years. If you have a fur-baby, or care about someone who does, please pay them a visit.

The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it is so convenient since it is right across the street from King Soopers and has a large free parking lot!, Besides having all the nice high-end cat food brands, they have these feather wands that my cats LOVE and go bonkers for. So I have been purchasing these wands annually for a few years now and now that I have become full-time cat-sitter, I regularly shop here for the feather wands and the super fresh From the Fields catnip that the cats go crazy for! Overall a very useful and functional neighborhood establishment!
