Figuring out the needs of a new dog has been challenging and their staff has always been patient when answering all my questions. They've made great toy recommendations in regards to our sweet plush-destroying pup. When picking up dog food late one night their staff walked me to my car and help load my items. This store is located in the King Square shopping center directly off of Sheridan. They have about six spots directly out front and three or four of those are for online or phone pickup orders. Nice feature if you're getting a lot of items for home or in a hurry. Inside they have shopping carts and baskets for those larger items. A dog wash station and a pet tag engraver are also some of the first items you see upon entry. What more could you want? Various wet and dry foods? Yes. Fish and respective foods? Yes. Ferrets?! Yes. Plenty of treats, bulk treats, toys, pet cleanup sprays, digestive chews, crates for new family members, and training items too. Basically the first half of the store is food and treats and the latter half more fish tank, pet bowl, and cat tree like items. The staff is very knowledgeable too so it's a better experience versus a Petco or PetSmart in my opinion. They don't have a ton of locations versus the other stores I mentioned but if you have one nearby I would certainly stop in and see four yourself. Especially to compare any food or supplements you're already purchasing elsewhere. Fair prices and they regularly send you sale and coupon items in their digital newsletter.

I called to check on a special type of cat litter that my grand daughter and her cat George, had run out of. The poor cat! He's not used to skimping ....so the woman that answered had to physically check the area where they had cat supplies. She offered to check immediately, and did find two types that weren't exactly what George used but my grand daughter decided to try one. We thanked the team member, hung up, and decided to go up to the store and get the substitute product . The property is bright and clean with a good variety of items for many pets.
