What really stands out is their customer service. The staff takes the time to explain everything, from equipment recommendations to proper tank maintenance, so you feel confident and supported. Their tank service is top-notch as well professional, reliable, and it always leaves my setup looking healthier and running smoother than before. Whether you're a beginner starting your first reef tank or an experienced aquarist looking for quality livestock and expert help, Fins Up is the place to go. They carry most of the brands us hobbyists know and love, as well as brands that are comparable in quality, but lesser known and lower priced. The prices on coral and livestock are really good. So much so, that I drive from north Thornton, passing at least 5 closer fish stores, to their store to get what I need. Ryan runs an amazing service program as well and he helped me turn my tank around in 2 months when I thought it would take at least a year. I'm telling everyone I know about their store because the service, products and attention to detail are second to none!

It's a very well run family business and they do an amazing job picking their employees. They have a huge amount of items available in their space and it is organized and clean. We've bought two puppies from them about 15 years apart and both of them had serious medical issues. Most recently we had to put down within 10 months of getting her. The person that was talked to at the store had no empathy that dog had died and said well that happens sometimes. you're required to sign a one year guarantee that if the pet passes away within that time, you may be entitled to a refund. That form right there seems wrong of itself Despite the puppy having a genetic disorder, no one has zero empathy that your pet just died no matter how old it is. When you get defensive right off the bat about having to sign a piece of paperwork, you know you're doing something wrong. I hope the pain of guilt you felt when we told you that Chloe died sticks with you for the rest of forever. They said they were not going to change any of their practices and have been doing the same thing for over 50 years. This is extremely concerning to me and will be reported to the local Humane Society the Better Business Bureau and anyone else we can think of in order to stop puppies from being sold at this location. I purchased a $4,000 zero-turn lawn mower online from Tractor Supply Co. based on their…read morecommitment to deliver the equipment directly to my home west of Colorado Springs. Two weeks later, I still do not have my mower, and no one at Tractor Supply can provide a delivery date. It could be tomorrow, next week, next month, or apparently even longer. The issue appears to be with a new delivery service called Roadie, which is owned by UPS. The process seems to work like a gig-service platform where drivers accept deliveries. Unfortunately, multiple drivers have reportedly shown up without the proper flatbed equipment needed to safely transport a zero-turn mower. As a result, the delivery continues to be delayed. What is most disappointing is Tractor Supply's response. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, they simply point the finger at Roadie. Despite tying up $4,000 of my money and failing to deliver on their commitment, they have offered no meaningful resolution, compensation, or even a realistic timeline. I understand that third-party vendors can have issues, but when customers purchase from Tractor Supply, they are doing business with Tractor Supply--not Roadie. The responsibility for fulfillment ultimately belongs to the retailer. At this point, I am seriously considering canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere. If you are considering ordering large equipment from Tractor Supply, be aware that delivery may not be as straightforward or reliable as advertised. Buyer beware.

Do NOT get an animal from these people. We were approved to get a kitten we fell in love with…read moreonline. I have owned cats my entire life and had each one for twenty years or more. Our last cat died and we finally felt ready to get another. We were set up with the kittens foster mother for a meet and greet. We noticed she had ten or more adult cats OF HER OWN in addition to the kittens from the shelter and two or three she was boarding. In the center of the room were two cat boxes overflowing with feces. Cat pee and poop was all over the carpet AROUND them. The stench was overwhelming. Our first thought was to run from there screaming but we wanted to get this poor kitten out of this situation. We were informed that the cat was finally big enough to fix and that we would be taking it home within a week. two weeks after it was able to be spayed, it wasn't. When I inquired about it and told the shelter I was concerned the kitten would learn to spray if it were around the MULTITUDE of spraying cats for much longer, I was treated with disrespect. LIke "How DARE you bring to our attention this health concern of people and animals." Oh sorry. I thought you would WANT to know that was happening. CRAZY!! Lindsey told us SHE was offended I would even bring it to her attention, and that she was terminating the adoption. Um..my children bonded with this cat. We were sent weekly updates. We care more for ANIMALS than these jokers and WE'RE the a**holes? No. What is funny is when we were leaving the foster house my husband said "This woman is borderline cat hoarding IMO and kept looking at OUR kitten wistfully. She's already keeping the other one. I bet you anything she finds a way to keep OURS." They appear to me, unprofessional. Not to mention, disorganized and RUDE. I'm home all day, we have the means and the room for the kitten, I waited for FOUR WEEKS for this kitten. This entire experience was exhausting and unnecessary!! Wait, wait, wait. Jump through hoops, get the run around, wait. DON'T DARE QUESTION!! My children are heartbroken. As my husband said, we would have had an easier time adopting a Chinese orphan. Just go to Dumb Friends. Edited to respond to Beth: This is my email to Lindsay Hi Lindsey, Dahlia who is fostering with Amber has been 2 lbs for over 2 weeks now. Still no word on when she is getting fixed. Amber said she hasn't heard from you guys. I'd like to bring her home we've been waiting nearly a month for her. She is being fostered with a BUNCH of other cats who are spraying all over the place over there. I would like to get her out of there before she learns any bad habits. Thanks. This is the response I got I do think that considering your concerns about bad habits and the influence of the other cats at our foster's home, it's best if we reconsider this situation as a whole. I have to say I'm a little offended at the suggestion that one of our great fosters, who has opened up her home to kittens in need and to potential adopters that want to meet them, isn't up to par with your standards. I apologize for taking so much of your time and hope that you find a kitten that's the right fit for your family. ***REALLY BETH? Two small full litter boxes for more than ten cats isn't up to ANYONE'S STANDARDS if they have STANDARDS. But your commitment to defend this rudeness is admirable. Especially considering this is the number one reason cats are given up for adoption. Way to address a legitimate concern and turn away a family for a needy cat. STELLAR business practices. I feel sorry for the cats your leaving in these filthy conditions. **Now I am getting private messages from people who work for the Shelter claiming to be my neighbor and know where I live. People who foster for them and have NOTHING to do with my case. Why would they have that info? I will be reporting them to YELP and all proper authorities. This place is UNREAL.
