not reputable at all!! Run Away and save your money !! We purchased a car here for my son and while we were there everything seemed great. The salesperson seemed like he was honest, answering questions and offering up information. We spend a long time doing the paperwork and reviewed with the sales person numerous times where the title should be sent. They confirmed they had it and I saw them write a large note on the file. We were assured that the title would be mailed out as soon as our check cleared their bank. We were given a 30 days temp registration. As we were leaving, the car had been running idle for 15 min and I saw one of the workers filing a reserve. I asked what he was filing and was told windshield washer fluid. We got on the highway and about 20 min in we started to smell antifreeze burning. I called and was told that they had " topped it off and spilled some, not to worry" . We continued the drive home - 2 hours away to find out the reserve was completely empty . There was a hose leaking all over. I had to pay $450 to have it repaired- I was told by the dealer that I would be reimbursed for this since the problem was clearly there when we left since they were filling up the tank. Basically they knew and try to deceive us!!!! Our check cleared their bank after 4 days, I waited 2 weeks and still no title, I reached out and was told " it was mailed yesterday" A week later, still no title. With it now being a Thursday and the temp registration set to expire on Monday, I called again. I was told " oh that went out today, you will definitely receive it by Saturday": The address they sent it to was confirmed as the correct address. Saturday came and Saturday went and no title. I was forced to park the car on the street since I do not have a driveway and got 2 tickets for expired registration. I called the dealer and was told that in fact they had sent the title to address that had absolutely no connection to me!! It was send to a random factory. I was told they would issue another temp registration, get the title to the correct address and reimburse me for the tickets I got at their fault.. After 5 more phone calls, I did get the temp registration and a week later the title...I never got a single return phone call or response to my certified letter to follow on the money they promised to reimburse. We stopped by while in the area and a car on the lot caught my eye. Their inventory is good and the staff was nice. The one guy we dealt with was decent and not pushy. I can't remember his name (Nick maybe???). I went to look at a car, Niko was NOT the stereotypical sales person breathing down my neck and being super annoying. He actually gave me the keys and let me look at the car on my own, and he answered all my questions intelligently. He was almost too laid back because I wish we had given me the option to put a deposit on the car to hold it, or tried to put a deal together. When I went back to buy the car, it was sold! I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED. But I will definitely go back there, and would recommend them. I HATE buying cars! I have always felt that salesmen are too pushy and dishonest and are just out for themselves. I trust no one. Then I found this place. I just purchased an older, low mileage car from Nick this past week. The deal seemed too good to be true, actually. I brought the auto to a local dealership of my choice before I purchased it and had it checked out from top to bottom including a computer readout. All was perfect and the dealership saw nothing to contradict the car's advertisement and Carfax. I am now the happy owner! Nick and company couldn't have been friendlier or less pushy.
