They helped replace both my battery n wiper blades for me. Cathy, the Manager was the staff member whom helped me. She went over n beyond to help me. We need more people like her in customer service area. This trip was even better then last time I came. The store on Mt. Holly Road in Burlington have always been helpful n friendly towards all their customers from what I have seen when I come to this store. I what they were going to be able to do for us. The employee put me in touch with the store manager Cathy, who was already done for the day. She told us that they had an employee who had not put the correct information in the system put she would take care of it for us. She called the store and had a new one ready for us when we got there. Thanks to Cathy and Will for making a bad situation good.
