No matter what make or model you are looking for, there is a very strong chance they have it. What really stood out is the freedom to test drive multiple cars at your own pace. I test drove about six vehicles and even went back to retest one. Being able to take the cars out, get a real feel for them, and compare helped me make a very informed decision. I worked with an amazing team: Ross (sales), Steve (finance manager), and Sean (Shawn) in finance who handled the paperwork. Each of them made the experience exceptional. Ross was outstanding. I came in with only a general idea of what I wanted, more about the feel, power, and certain non negotiable features, and Ross listened carefully. Based on that, he curated an excellent lineup for me. After each test drive, he paid attention to my reactions and adjusted accordingly. Just tried to sell my vehicle using auto lenders we agreed on $10,000 for a 2019 Chevy traverse with 30,000 miles after uploading pictures. One of the column said any significant damage post a picture. The only damage on this car is a little tiny scratch on the driver side door. It's about an inch big Zero dent in the door. You can do a minor paint correction and fix it. You may even be able to buff it out. It is such a small then after I sent in the information they tried to trick my fiancé and change the price by $1000. She noticed that the price was changed and when we asked them, they said that the car needed a full paint job and to restore the door and remove the dent out of the scratch there is no dent in the scratch in this car does not need a full paint job. It's a used vehicle. It is not in perfect condition. When I called angry, I spoke to three different completely disgustingly rude individuals. I would never deal with these people again save yourself from the scammers. Worst customer service. I will never use this service again. Spoke to 3 individuals by the name Casey. Michelle. And Brian. Michelle was disgustingly rude and spoke over me on the phone. It wouldn't let me get a word out. It was condescending and nasty. Casey was arrogant and insisted. I had no idea what I was talking about and that they know what's going on and they know what they have to do. There's nothing quite like abandoning a car on Route 1 and hoofing it back to the dealership. Actually, it also died twenty minutes earlier when I turned it off and it failed to crank on a restart. Over the past eight months, I have spent over $74,000 purchasing two vehicles from Auto Lenders Exton -- a 2021 Ram 1500 and a 2022 Ram 1500 -- and have encountered significant issues with both, along with consistently poor customer service. After a dealership-performed oil change on the 2021 Ram, my check engine light came on. A Ram dealer confirmed that the wrong oil or filter had been used. Despite assurances from the salesperson, I had to repeatedly follow up to get the issue addressed. Although the truck was inspected, I no longer felt confident in its condition and ultimately traded it in. On the 2022 Ram, less than 20 days after purchase, I discovered a leaking rear window causing substantial water damage and mold inside the cab. Initially, the sales manager offered minimal support. It wasn't until I escalated the issue to the general manager that I was provided a rental vehicle and repair was initiated. Even after mold remediation, the truck retains a strong odor, raising concerns about the long-term safety and value of the vehicle. Given these experiences, I do not trust their so-called "certified bumper-to-bumper inspections," as major problems like a leaking rear window were evidently missed or ignored. Despite spending a considerable amount of money at this dealership, I was treated with little urgency, poor communication, and inadequate service. My wife bought a 2022 Honda HR-V in June. The salesman, Jeff, was friendly and helpful through the buying process, but once she purchased the car, that changed. She was sold an extended service contract that was less substance than she was led to believe. After a week, she decided to cancel the agreement. That's when their attitudes changed. She brought the car back for service and they talked down to her because she was a woman, telling her the dashboard problems she was seeing weren't accurate and to just read the manual. I saw the same error messages as well. It took a full two months for them to refund the money to the bank despite our continued phone calls. The finance manager assured us the finance department was contacted, but the check didn't go out until we kept pushing. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster with low miles, towards the end of 2019. The people at Auto Lenders of Egg Harbor Township, NJ were outstanding. There were no "pressure" tactics, since there didn't have to be. I had made up my mind to buy the car, I just wanted to test drive it first. Almost 5 years later, I still have my Veloster. I just had my tires replaced but aside from a minor problem caused by a drive through car wash, I just have routine oil changes and the car is going strong! The service service is terrible. I shouldn't have bought my Jeep Wrangler there. I literally had my transmission fail completely. It had to get replaced. I took it to the Jeep dealership this time it was misdiagnosed. They said it was motor mounts, but it wasn't that. The whole time is the transmission. They have no idea what they're doing there. Literally nothing I spoke with the manager. His name is Rob and him being in the face of service should've been more helpful and on top but he Said they find every excuse in the world to defend themselves. I would never buy a car here never buy a car here you'd be wasting your time and wasting your money. You're better off going to other places, but not here. These people are not reliable and they're just unprofessional and careless with your things. This is all I have to say I would never buy from them ever again and like I said service sucks there. I had a bad experience with Auto lenders. I traded in my car and I did get a new car which I love, however, when they picked up my old car, they never gave me back my license plate. They claimed to have lost it or misplaced it so I had to go and get replacement plates a couple of months down the line I received tickets with someone using my license plate. That was " misplaced " so now I have to file a police report and once again replace my license plate so that I won't get any more tickets coming from New York and I live in New Jersey by the way, so if you do get a car from them, be sure to take all of your documents and your license with you or you may be in the same predicament fighting that's not mine read more

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, BUY ELSEWHERE. Shady and untrustworthy. The price we shook on was $1k less than the price on the contract. THE 6 MONTH WARRANTY ONLY COVERS ENGINE/TRANSMISSION REPAIRS The car turned out to be a lemon. I broke down after three weeks of owning the car, faulty water pump. I had it towed to the Exton shop for repairs and they tried to tell me it was "low on coolant," and that I could drive it home. So I had to tow it to an independent shop for a proper scan to confirm the water pump was faulty, forcing them to do the repair under warranty. Car also had a cracked wheel, seized up brakes, and faulty thermostat all within 6 months of purchase. PS: NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU read more

Avoid this location! I'm not sure if I got the wrong sales person or something else but my experience started fine but ended poorly. They would not give me numbers unless they ran my credit, wouldn't tell me what they were willing to give me for my trade unless I committed to buying and running credit. I knew the sales price and the guy did give me a roundabout answer on fees, so I tried to run numbers on my own but still the sales rep persisted that he could not give me any numbers until after they ran my credit. He asked me no fewer than 4 times if i was ready to "pull the trigger today." Unlike their advertising, they used high pressure tactics in an effort to close the deal. I won't be returning and recommend that others avoid. Go buy from Carvana, Carshop, Car Vision, or any of the other myriad dealers that use the "no haggle" model for an easier time. read more

They say they inspect the vehicles before and after sale and it's a blatant lie . My Jeep leaked and still did after two visits . Hard to have faith in a service department that can't fix or identify where an oil leak is coming from . Leak was so bad there is no way this thing was on a lift before sale . Salesman told me soft top was complete and he checked it himself . Crossbar was bent and sides were missing . Left a bad review about that and they replaced it with a used top that took weeks to get spoiling our Jeep vacation . Tired of typing but this was only the beginning . Buying experience was pleasant and prices were very competitive. Car came with a 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty. I had a major and potentially costly issue with the suspension after my warranty ran out. Contacted Customer service via their customer portal and received a timely call back. Service Manager asked me to drop off the car to be evaluated. Long story short is that they are making the repairs at No Charge even though it is out of warranty. Note, I did not have to fight to get this done, they did this as a matter of Good Will and Customer service.
