I was looking for a small van for different purposes, moving some stuff across the country, covert it into a work van until my retirement time comes. After all, I may convert the small van as a camper, like the ones I saw on YouTube. I stopped at quite a few local used car dealerships in the Philadelphia area, and found the prices were way beyond than what I was able to afford (under $5000.) My lucky time came as I paid a quick visit at Integrity Auto Grou on a Sunday afternoon. The business was closed and I took my time checking out what they had on their lot. There was a Ford Transit Connect minivan I kind of liked, but was not sure if it was big enough for my intended purposes. I called the phone number they had in the business signage, and left a voice message requesting a ret phone call. Two days later, the sales called and told me that the Transit Connect I looked at was no longer available, somebody else had already put down a deposit and was going to buy it. The salesman, Bobby, invited me to go back there as their inventory gets updated quite often. When I visited them the third time, I was convinced this was the place where I would buy my next transportation from. Both Bobby and Steve's knowledge on used cars/trucks were quite impress to me. They even knew the company across the street where I bought my very first car 44 years ago, at the same spot where the TD back is located today. As we were talking, my sight was attracted by another Ford Transit Connec minivan. Bobby told me they have just finished checking its mechanical conditions, put in new front brakes, and the vehicle's recently passed the PA state inspection. Bobby helped me measured the cargo area, and figured out the total cargo volume of 120 sq ft, this would be just enough for my usage. I took the minivan out for a test drive, and felt it was mechanically acceptable. Once after sending it through detailing for clean up, as Bobby explained, the vehicle would be much more presentable and of course the price would go up significantly, not less than the other Transit Connect I saw originally. If I took it as is, with their warranty, my cost would be about 70%! Bobby agreed with me that if I am going to drive it across the country, getting a set of new tires would be the right thing to do. Bobby offered me a very reasonable price of $300 for the complete tire replacement done. Overall, I am very happy getting this vehicle from Integrity Auto Group, I saved probably 50% if bought from other used car dealers I visited before, obviously I would need to do my own cleanup to peal off the entire yellow body overlays. Based on my own experience, Integrity Auto Group is a Highly recommend local dealer for your next transaction, if you are looking for used vehicles for personal use or otherwise.

Came in for a routine oil change with an appointment. 2.5 hours later, service advisor Amanda…read moreTroiano told me all 5 lugs and studs on one wheel were rusted out and needed replacement. When I asked how every single fastener on one wheel failed simultaneously, she couldn't explain it. I deferred the repair. She returned saying they'd "tightened everything as much as possible" and needed me to sign an unsafe vehicle waiver -- which I signed under pressure because I was already 2 hours late to work. I pulled out and the wheel was immediately wobbling. I turned around and asked for a manager. Richard Pizzo appeared 15 minutes later reminding me I'd signed the waiver. When I asked why they removed a wheel for an oil change, he said it was part of a multi-point inspection I never requested. When I pressed him on how all 5 studs corroded simultaneously, he told me I don't have an ASE certification. He also claimed the car was wobbling before it arrived -- despite me having driven 60 miles to get there with no issue. I asked him to pull the mechanic's own video. He watched it himself and found no mention of a wobble or stud issue anywhere. Pressed for time, I proceeded with the repair (~$500). I asked to see the car on the lift. Only one lug had a sheared stud -- the other four were intact (see photos). Yet Richard insisted on replacing all 5 for "safety reasons" -- the same safety they'd already waived. Only after I pointed out the contradiction did the price drop to $250. They stripped a bolt during the inspection, then lied about it three times: claiming they'd tightened all lugs as much as possible (car wobbled immediately), claiming the car came in wobbling (not documented in their own video), and claiming all five studs were corroded (photos show surface rust only, as expected on hardware hidden behind the hub). They claim to be ASE certified. Pretty sure one of those letters is a typo. Avoid this service department at all costs. Pics attached. Videos on google review.

How?) OR make sure it actually started? This car they claimed was ready to sell off the lot WOULD. NOT. START. Y'all. I was laughed at to be concerned a car with only 13k miles has many service lights already? They were unsympathetic about wasting my time, did not make me feel valued as a customer, and I spent about 30 minutes there longer than I should have before walking out because of their unprofessionalism. Buying a car is in an important purchase, look elsewhere to find a car dealership that will value YOU. PS I should have taken pictures to add, the state of uncleanliness of the car was absolutely embarrassing. Also forgot to add the first 10 minutes were spent having the sales associate figure out if the car I had made an appointment to see after confirming it was available was for sale or not...total waste of my time.

I didnt have an overheating problem until the summer months since it was such a cold winter and I wasnt driving the car far enough to make it overheat. Of course now my warranty is up and its now costing me 3k for a new engine for a car I financed for 5k. He lied to me about installing front breaks and I only found this out because I had someone check them after I picked the car up. When I called him he apologized and asked that I bring it back to try again so I did and checked again and they were done the 2nd time. I would not even give this place 1 star but I had to to write this comment. I feel like he took advantage of me from the moment I walked in. He told me he could get me a quote from his buddy the insurance agent. I told him since I am financing I would need full coverage. He gave me one and I accepted the policy & paid him cash for the down payment only. I was overcharged 100.00 (which I did get reimbursed 90.00 from the insurance co) but the policy wasnt acceptable for my finance company so the price I was quoted was now doubled becasue in wasnt for full coverage. I was worned by the Major car dealerships surrounding him to be carful because he takes all the rejects they didnt want but I couldnt afford their prices. Even though I feel I over paid (5k w/144k miles for a 10 year old car) I was ok with it because it was the best option I had at the time and I was in desperate need of a vehicle. If I had known I would need to put another 3k into into I would have instead but a car for 8K from Reedmans. I wouldnt refer them to my worst enemy. Even the office smells of ciagrettes and booze. I should have walked out then but as I said I was desperate for a vehicle. The vehicle has sat in my drive way more than I have driven it. ATTN WOMEN: Dont walk in there alone, he'll take advantage of you too!!!!!
