I have purchased a lot of vehicles, from a lot of dealerships and Colonial Subaru has been hands down the worst experience I have had. 1) Pre-sale: I saw the car I wanted posted on cars.com for a price I was willing to pay. Called ahead to make sure it was still available at that price. When I arrived, the finance guy tried to tell me that the woman that posts the online adds made a mistake. After showing him the emails from his staff he reluctantly agreed to sell the car at the posted price. After the typical back and forth negotiations concerning my trade in, I thought we were all set. 2) Signing the paperwork: He couldn't make the numbers work with the price of the car and the agreed value of my trade, so he had to throw in the "tires for life" warranty to make up the difference. (In order to justify the agreed upon monthly payment.) I was worn down by then and consented. 3)Lie #2: A month later I had a slow leak and reached out to the warranty company. They informed me that the warranty was only for 36 months (shame on me for not reading through the contract at the time of purchase) This was the first time I've ever experienced such blatant lies and the finance table. 4) Cancelling the warranty: I've been getting the runaround since February 6th. Emails from my salesperson in March acknowledged that Colonial had received the funds from the warranty company and they would provide a tracking number. Made a service appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I was notified that there would be a 3% fee to use a credit card. I asked if this policy was posted on their website and was directly told yes it is. Just checked the website and could find nothing about payment policy. If I was told when I called to make the appointment I would have gone somewhere else. This place is always pushing extra unnecessary service. https://www.subarucolonial.com When we dropped off the car they told us we needed new wiper blades to pass inspection. I declined the rear blade replacement. I asked about the price and I thought I heard $7 a blade, I'm hard of hearing, visible hearing aid. When I pocked up the car the two front blades we were charged $27 each and of course they added a rear blade for $17. This is highway robbery. They replaced with front with heavy duty ugly black rubber all weather blades you'd see on an off road vehicle not a family sedan. They did refund the rear blade. I complained about the front blades and they claim they are the standard Subaru replacement blade. I have a call into another dealer to confirm if this is true. I will never return to Colonial and I have 2 Subaru's I purchased from them, neither will ever go back there. They are always trying to sell something we don't need on a very low mileage car. Cabin filters, alignment, rotation, etc. Repairs are cheaper on my Lexus. read more

You heard of the art of the deal, if you make the mistake of dealing with Colonial Subaru you may experience the shadiness of the deal. This past Thursday Oct 9, 2025, I had multiple conversations with various representatives at Colonial regarding a 2025 Crosstrek Limited they had listed on their web site. During one of my initial phone contacts with them they made their 1st offer, which was $3,304 below list. After additional calls their 2nd offer was increased to $6,500 off list. I even had a call with them outlining all the costs for an out-of-the-door total price. Each of these offers were vetted and approved by their upper management prior to being presented to me. Since this last offer was competitive with other dealers, we went to their dealership on Friday Oct 10, 2025, to see the car firsthand. We then went to make the deal on the already agreed upon price from the prior day. This is where we learned the shadiness of the deal. The salesperson passed us off to her supervisor who said they had no record of the pricing from the prior day even though all offers were approved by them prior to being presented to me. Luckily, I was dealing with multiple dealers, with slightly different options and car colors. There are too many other dealers such as Reedman, Glanzmann, Fred Bean & Rafferty to deal with a dealer that does not honor pricing given to a potential client less than 24 hours prior. Since Colonial deal was our "B" plan we just went back to our "A" plan and purchased our new 2025 Crosstrek at Reedman with a hassle-free experience. read more

Manager tried getting me to do a 12% loan interest rate. I found a lower one with my parents co-signing me at 3%. Manager told me it's a big mistake and I won't be able to buy things like a house. Then the same manager was angry that my dad was asking a lot of questions, and was making sure the paperwork was right. He asked my dad sacrasti ally if he's a lawyer. Very pleasant over the phone, but once I stepped into the a dealership, lied every step of the way even in the face of written proof from the sales rep, to finance, to even the general manager. I would be very wary of trying to make a deal here. I called about a car in transit and negotiated a price over the phone with Ted (sales) and the sales manager which was tough but civil. They sent over a buyer's order along with texted confirmation of a further discount in price from the buyer's order reflecting removed add-ons. I put down a deposit and waited (I should have kept shopping around). When the car arrived, a different sales rep (Mike) called me to say it arrived. I confirmed the deal was still on, further discount and all, and he said he remembered me from when I called. Once I got to the lot later that day ready to pay cash, things got strange. I was immediately put into the finance office with Justin (finance) who flicked past the price on the form quickly which was much higher than what we discussed. When I asked about the deal, he said he had no idea what I was talking about. I gave him a printed copy of the buyer's order. He came back with a lower price that still didn't match and denied the add-ons. I gave him screenshots confirming the discount which he didn't look at and just said "do you expect me to lose $500?" along with "now that the car is on the lot, it's different" and they could sell it to someone else for more. He then told me they couldn't make a deal. I asked for my refund back and he said they didn't have a record of it. I gave him a printed receipt and he returned the money. After I left, the general manager (Karen) called me and said they couldn't sell me the car even at the higher price because if they did, Subaru would fine them because of some technicality I confirmed was false with Subaru headquarters. They wasted weeks of my time I could have spent ordering a car from a less dishonest dealer and hours of my time in the dealership. read more

Ever since Karen Byrd, Michael Boyle, the manager has been a clear asshole (sorry for my language). 1. When I told him things were easier when Karen was helping. He said "no, that wasn't Karen, that was me". His attitude was appalling, especially when he refuse to tell me why I could not sell or trade or whatever else I can do to get into another car with less payments. In the end that asshole said "why don't you go somewhere else". I kid you not, those were his words. When I left huff in a huff, I mentioned I don't understand why they are not explaining why I cannot sell or trade my car to get a used or new car with smaller payments (with an 800 credit score co-signer). And then I mention that maybe because I'm black. Mike used that as an excuse and said I made racist comments. Mike is a liar and an asshole. Clearly, his customer service is extremely poor and he does not know how to deal with irate customers. His choice words are rude with a don't car attitude. The mechanics in the shop need to SLOW DOWN and DOUBLE CHECK their work. I understand if you are flat rate, but you're putting peoples lives at risk. Senior mechanics need to keep a close eye on everything. Had my girlfriends Crosstrek brought in for an unusual noise. The mechanics troubleshot some different things and ended up fixing it. Kudos for that. However, one of those things they did troubleshoot was the brake system. Fast forward about a month and I hear metal jingling around. Take the wheel off and find the brake caliper not secured and missing both bolts. Essentially, the caliper was coming off the rotor well. I normally wouldn't complain but, this is my personal second time experiencing colonials half assed work. I got a brake bleed job done on my WRX a year or two back and the mechanics forgot to tighten the lugs down. My car ended up violently shaking down the road. These careless acts can kill someone's some day and the people at colonial need to be held accountable. I understand it's COVID-19 but they shouldn't be running the business like this: My AC wasn't working probably so I went there for a check on 7/2. They said it was the condenser so okay, let's change it. Along with the battery and a car inspection. $1000+. The very same day we drove to pick up food and AC was NOT WORKING! Sent back and it took a few days. They couldn't find the problem after driving 10+ miles, but "checked EVERYTHING". Told me to come back if there's anything. Okay. So I dropped it off and they then drove around more and "checked". Now they're telling me it's the compressor. For another $1200. Question is; why couldn't they find the problem at the first place? I get my car serviced here because I bought it here and because I live so close-by, but the service department is HORRIBLE. I can't believe they have as good a rating as shown on Yelp. The people checking the car in are unfriendly and act like helping me is the last thing in the world they want to do. I think this shows bad management. The last time we checked the car in they listed the mileage wrong (off by 8,000 miles??!), told us we needed routine things done even though we had JUST had them done while on the road out West - at a VW dealer. My Subaru has been here twice for service, both times were not positive. The last time takes the cake, they recommended a four wheel alignment due to uneven tread wear on my tires. The only problem was the tires had 25 miles on them! Yes, they were replaced 2 days prior to service at Colonial. When I asked the service writer if he looked at the tires the answer was no. My standards are pretty high, having just moved into the area and having left behind a superb VW dealership on the west coast. I was preparing for a mid-west road trip several weeks ago and brought my Passat in for routine maintenance and an oil change. Colonial was fine, they gave me a loaner and a clean car back, and talked me out of some maintenance I really didn't need. They also noticed that the alignment was off and re-did it. About 400 miles out on our trip a week later, the car was drifting to the left noticeably-- not pulling so nothing dire, but it surprised me since we'd had it checked recently. I figured road conditions or something minor might have affected it. So after returning I called Colonial and asked them if they could take a look and realign if necessary. Here's where the rubber met the road for me. The car was out of alignment again, and there's nothing apparently wrong with the front end. They had the car for an hour checking and realigning-- and didn't charge for it. I did not expect any kind of warranty on an adjustment, but there it is. They even washed the car! I'll definitely be back, so far truly five stars. read more

Our sales associate, Will R., was terrific. I had visited 6 different Subaru dealerships in the region. We came in knowing the exact vehicle and option package we wished to purchase. While they weren't able to beat the best price I had gotten, they did match it. Their document fees were a bit cheaper than all of the other dealerships in the region. The remarkable part was the effort put into finding the exact vehicle we wanted. We had a couple of exterior/interior colors picked out. Will put in the effort to find our first choice for both, which wasn't a very commonly stocked option at the time. Other dealerships didn't seem as eager to find the vehicle from another dealer, and wanted to push us towards getting one already in their stock. I stuck with this dealership way too long. It was like an ongoing bad relationship. I had purchased my new beetle at another dealership but I came here for the service department only about 6 months later. There was a well-known issue with the windshield wiper mechanism. The first time I brought it in, I waited for several hours and they told me nothing was wrong with it and sent me home. The problem kept occurring (very stressful during a rainy Spring not to have windshield wipers!!) and the next time I brought it back they told me nothing was wrong but replaced it at my insistence. Surprise, surprise, never had an issue with that again. Over the years (2011-2014) I would bring it in for inspections or minor repairs, and each time I got it back there would be something else wrong ("The ignition just locks sometimes," I was told once... You know I need to drive my car to work, right? And that this wasn't a problem before I dropped it off?) The final straw was last month when all of my headlights blew at once! I had a single working high beam. It took almost a week for them just to see me and when I got there, their Internet was down so they couldn't look up any info. They asked me if I could reschedule (I work two jobs). The woman said, "At least it's not a safety issue." I work nights at a hospital, how is that not a safety issue?! So I came in for the next appointment (I must be a glutton for punishment) and once again waited forever to be greeted. They are VERY big on paperwork at this place and they will shuffle, file, and organize for at least 10 minutes before they even acknowledge you. They would need to do a $105 diagnostic check just to find out what was wrong, which may or may not be covered by my warranty company (I also got scolded for not having that info on me...I got the warranty through VW). I was not feeling comfortable at all with the situation, so I stepped outside and called Thompson Volkswagen in Warrington. They said they could see me right away. I told The Colonial service rep that I would be leaving and she informed me that she had planned on setting me up with a rental car and then she tore that paperwork up in front of me. Very mature. I've been here twice over the years and TWICE I was disappointed and did NOT (and would never) buy a vehicle from this dealership. The 1st attempt (2001): Wanted a subaru, the salesman approached me outside the dealership and couldn't be bothered to put out his cigarette before starting to talk to me. He continued to smoke throughout the short conversation...he made comments including that he hoped my credit was good (I assume he was making an assumption based on the age that I looked that my credit was not good enough to get a loan on a car - it was - for the record). He asked me to come inside to get my information and I refused...choosing to get in my car and go elsewhere. The 2nd attempt (2010): The salesman they gave me had no idea about...anything...the cars...the inventory...whether they could get me a vehicle that matched the one I wanted...he DID try to sell me on a car they had on the lot that did not have the features I was looking for at all and convince me that's what I wanted (this vehicle also had ugly, aftermarket, pin striping that they were trying to charge extra for). The meeting was left with the salesman promising to call me back with other car options as well as pricing and availability on vehicles...I never heard from him... I ended up buying from the same dealership I went to in 2001 and will be loyal to them for eternity. Found myself in a pickle and needing a dependable new ride quickly, and I have to say, Dawn D., Arthur R. and Erica K. took me from start to finish with an ease, diligence and friendliness that I've not experienced at many car dealers. They each took what would normally be an exasperating, haggling experience and transformed it into something that was quick, transparent, fun and far less stressful than other recent experiences. I was doing a fair amount of online shopping peppered in with a few visits to dealerships that were much closer to where I live and work, but I felt either pushed, annoyed or worst of all, ignored and dismissed. After the initial trigger emails I found myself bantering with Dawn via email. She was patient and not at all pushy, which made agreeing to a visit much easier. She greeted me warmly upon arrival and since the other salespeople were busy, she jumped right in and showed me some cars herself. She gave a clear overview of the whole process, which was helpful since it'd been awhile since I'd purchased a car, and overall, she enjoys her job so it's fun and frankly reassuring to work with someone who's having so much fun helping you. When it was time to get into the nitty gritty with Arthur, I was upfront about what I needed and wanted and what my limitations were and I have to say that he went right to work and did. not. stop. until I was situated in my new ride. I arrived rather late in the evening on my first visit so we didn't finish everything up, but he was proactive and just downright pleasant in the day or two that followed. It's a tricky dance between patience and persistence, and I'll just say that Art's a very good dancer. Erica came through to seal the deal with all of the paperwork and was incredibly patient, kind and welcoming. Since it took a couple of days to get the deal done, she, on a hunch, took the extra step to research some things to make sure I had the very best deal, and redid all of the paperwork prior to my return. When I asked her if that was normal practice, she said no, but given that I'd come in later in the day she just wanted to make sure all the bases had been covered. From start to finish, terrific, thorough and friendly customer service. Similar to other favorable reviewers, I cannot yet speak to any service center stories or hiccups, but the sales team is outstanding and ready to help you get what you want and what you need. read more

This review is specifically about Colonial's Internet sales department. Since they failed to capture my business I wouldn't have an opportunity to comment on in-person dealership experience. On April 14th I submitted a request to Costco Auto program for a price quote on a 2013 Jetta Sportwagen TDi. Costco forwarded my request to Colonial VW and within a day I received an e-mail and a phone call from the dealer inviting me to come by the dealership so that they may show me invoice pricing and Costco program pricing. I responded over e-mail to the sales person explaining that as I'm currently located in Seattle, WA it would be difficult to visit them in person. I informed them that I intended to purchase the car at the end of June and that I expect to settle pricing over e-mail. The only visit to the dealership would be to sign and pick-up the car. This is where things got very odd. I didn't receive an acknowledgment of my request. A couple days later I received a stock e-mail from internet sales manager asking if his team addressed my questions. I responded that they hadn't. Since April 17th I've been getting an e-mail or phone call per week from the same sales person asking me if I'm still in the market and if they could answer any questions. I sent 3 responses, latest being May 2nd stating the car I'm looking for and my situation. These responses would go unanswered and a week later I'd get another "how are you, we're here to answer your questions" e-mail. My experience with Colonial's internet sales creates an impression that don't understand how to do business over e-mail. It's simply another advertising tool to get you into dealership. I don't mind discussing pricing over the phone, but I would appreciate an e-mail response stating they understand my request and they can give me the information I request over the phone. In contrast, a different dealer in Philadelphia responded to my e-mails with full pricing info within days of request - invoice, discount below invoice, doc and tag fees. They found exact car I wanted on another dealer's lot and sent me VIN# if I was ready to make purchase right away. read more

I stopped here for service on my Subaru (fancy that) and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the service department. Mike (the manager) took time to get to know me and listened to all of my car troubles over the phone. When I arrived the next morning, he already knew everything that needed to be done to the car. I suppose my point of view might be different since I only dealt with Colonial to buy a new car, as opposed to getting my car serviced. I'll update my review if I ever need to get my car serviced here. Anyway, if you're looking to buy a new car, Albert Meeks is definitely the man to see. He was professional, cordial, and very, very patient in regards to my group's never-ending inquisition (my mom's one of those people who asks tons of clarification questions, hah). We did our homework in terms of what car/features we wanted and visited three different Subaru dealerships before finally choosing to stick with this place. The price and customer service really cannot be beat. I took off a star only because we ran into a few bumps throughout the actual paperwork process. The price we agreed to did not match the numbers on the sale contract they typed up. I don't remember the price difference anymore, but I want to say it was small enough that I don't think there was malicious intent (maybe $100 or less?). Nonetheless, be careful and read over your contracts before signing anything! It was the 2nd day of our 1st snow storm this year. I got a flat tire with plenty of snow on the ground. My spare was not going to work to good in the snow. Called the shop and they answered to my surprise, because not many places were open on this day because of the snow and ice. When I arrived it seemed like everyone there was clearing the lot for customers and tending to the inventory. They then took care of myself and the customers who had managed to make it in. Our Subaru's back window was smashed out just before Labor Day weekend. Thursday August 30, early afternoon (after doing research into different types of auto glass...never EVER put aftermarket in your car, your safety is worth more than that) I decided to take the car to Colonial Volkswagen Subaru in Feasterville. I make the appt for Wednesday, which is the best they could do due to having to order the glass and the holiday weekend. Rob says he'll order the OEM glass and it should be there Friday or Tuesday. Giving props where props are do: Rob (in service) put up with me calling a RIDICULOUS number of times trying to figure out what the hell I needed. He never seemed irritated or short tempered with me. I appreciated that and it made an impact on my decision to go here. Tuesday I call and speak to Mike. I'm told Rob is on vacation until Wednesday. I ask him to verify that the glass is in. After being on hold a couple times for a few minutes, Mike comes back with bad news. Mike couldn't find a work order or any other paperwork for my Subaru or anything regarding the ordering of the glass. He goes on to say that he can't order it himself because he, "doesn't want to step on Rob's toes." I told him I had an appt for Wednesday and I was told we'd have to cancel until Rob came in and figured everything out. The next day I have to call to speak to Rob. (you'd think he would have been calling me ASAP that morning to let me know what is going on.. but he didn't). I ask him what the hell happened and he says he doesn't know. Now the glass won't be in until Thursday or Friday (sounds to me like Rob didn't order it last Thursday like he was supposed to). We make the appt for Friday, I drop the car off on Thursday. Props: Les, the shuttle driver is an absolute dear heart. What a wonderful human being. Just to be clear, the reason that I stuck with this dealership at this point was two things. 1. People can make mistakes especially before a holiday weekend. 2. He was so patient with me (see props note above) and that made me cut him slack. The deal was that the auto glass people would come in to do the glass work since the dealership doesn't actually do it themselves, they just ORDER the glass. Then, once the glass was set, the dealership would detail the inside and outside of the car for us. The detail would be done on Monday and I would be able to pick it up Monday. I assumed all along that I would be picking up the car at the end of the day. I called around 11AM on Monday to see what the status was and to ask Rob to call and let me know when I could count on getting the car. I had to leave a message on his voice mail, which I did. At 3pm I called back. They wanted me to leave another message and I refused. I already left one and it was too close to the end of the day. They put me through to Mike (that poor man.. I should send him a card and apologize for giving him the sharp end of my tongue). Mike wants to take a message for Rob and I explain to him that, "NO, I don't want to leave another message because I already left one that was ignored and since he leaves at 5 and it's 3pm I want this to be more than just another message!" This time Rob called me back within 20 minutes. Unfortunately I'm told that my car wouldn't be ready until tomorrow (Tuesday) "sometime." W.T.F?!! He had the nerve to tell me that it hadn't seemed like an "emergency" that I get the car back. WHAT? We made a freaking appointment. You told me when it would be ready and that's that. You don't get to make an evaluation on whether or not I actually need the goshdang thing! I told him in point of fact I DO need the car and asked when tomorrow I could get it. He gave me vague answers till I told him I wanted a hour of when I can call the shuttle driver to pick me up and bring me there to pick up my Subaru. Finally I got, "It'll be done by noon." Who wants to bet that my car wasn't touched today (Monday)? Who wants to bet that he never put me on the schedule with the detail guys to get it done just like he forgot to order my glass? I haven't even seen what it looks like and I'm scared. I'm going to dish out almost $900 to get my damn car fixed and cleaned and if this is the service....what the heck else will they _forget_ to do? So I guess I'll add an update and let ya know how the Detail Job comes out and the Glass installation. Reason for delay was due to detailing. Detailings done AFTER glass placement. Newly placed glass must "sit" before water exposure. THEN glass shards in upholstery very hard to remove. I accept this. In the Philadelphia area during week 3 of a 7 week, 6,000 mile trip in our 2021 Ascent. Warning lights came on yesterday and Colonial was quick to schedule a night drop off and had us back in our car this afternoon. While that warning light was perhaps just a fluke, they talked us through other scenarios for cause as well as assured us that we were safe to continue driving. We were grateful for the attention and will recommend Colonial to family in the area. read more

The parts department stinks, the guy answers the phone with a funky attitude using profanity and such. In the background hangs up the phone fix the phone back up put you on hold at to the same thing over and over again. These people are horrible. Make you think he's looking for the part. Using profanity speaking to the co-worker. So loud that you get hear through the phone. Very unprofessional every single time are you kidding me? You people really need to get your butts in gear. There's too many options out here and oh, yeah, you're damn right? I'm taking them. You people got some nerve. read more

After years of being a loyal customer, I was completely blinded by a remaining lease payment from my previous vehicle. Even though I kept receiving letters to turn in my lease sooner- wish I never had. I have leased 4 cars from this dealer- NEVER had an issue until now. I don't know what changed other that poor customer service. Chase auto finance (subaru motors finance) and this dealership are not on the same page by any means. Don't fall for their loyalty scam then pretend to work with you then once the papers are signed- good luck. I am livid and disgusted over the situation. Acted like they did me a favor with no down payment- no actually they were my terms and I would NOT have agreed if I was going to be charged for my previous car. I just got my 3rd car from Colonial VW. I bought my first car used and then leased my 2nd (2012 Jetta) and 3rd (2015 Tiguan). Tony sold me my 2nd and 3rd car. He is great and I would highly recommend going to him. He was available through text pretty much any hour of the day (which is sometimes easier when you work during the day). He spent a lot of his time showing me the cars and explaining the features once I got the car. He followed up with me the next day after I drove the Tiguan off the lot, which was really nice. I purchased a 2015 Legacy Premium model from this dealership. Please do not be fooled by the customer service and professionalism you receive during the sales process because once you sign, you will never be treated the same. I purchased the vehicle from a salesperson Ted. He will tell you that if you ever have any problems to call him. If you make that call he will promise to call you with a solution and then never calls. His attitude is totally unprofessional and it's obvious he only cared until I signed. Now, let me tell you about my horrible experience with their service department. The first time I took my vehicle in was because my tire was losing air. I was told a stone was stuck in my tire and they fixed it. Two days later, my tire was losing air again. I took it back. I was told my tire had a nail which was missed on the first visit. Okay, I was concerned but I thought this had to be a fluke. On my next visit for a recall issue and a oil change, my car with light colored interior was given back to me with dirt and grease on the drivers side seat and door. I was completely horrified! I have not had my car for six months. I complained immediately. I went right into the service dept. and showed them. They apologized and attempted to clean it. I asked them why weren't my seats covered. Believe it or not, Corrine in the service dept. and Ted the salesperson stated "Colonial Subaru does not cover the seats of vehicles that are in for service ". I cannot tell how upset I am over what happened to my car and to find out how little Colonial Subaru cares for the vehicles that are brought to them. Had I known, I would never have gone to this dealership. Update: just received a call from Ted and Colonial has offered to detail my car. Big deal! This should never have happened to my new car! Oh, and I am told they are going to order the plastic coverings for car seats and paper mats for the floor for cars that come in for service. Please beware of this dealership and their lack of professionalism and how little they care for the vehicle you care so much for. read more

I would never recommend Colonial. I purchased a VW Beetle from them (new) in 2002. This was my very first car. I saved up all my money working in a supermarket as a high school kid to afford my dream car! All was well with Colonial and the purchase until my car started to continually break down in the first few weeks I had it. This car should have been taken back, no questions asked, under the Lemon Law. I had to literally FIGHT with this dealership to get remedy. Not until my father intervened did they even try to help me a tiny smidge. He refused to back down and after months of not having a working car, they finally gave me a second Beetle. I did not take the car to them for service after the ordeal, as I would not give them another cent of my money. Volkswagen of America is a completely different story. I can't ever say I have heard of such a poorly made car. The car I ended up with was always in the shop and was a nightmare to own. After the warranty ran out I traded it in for a Honda as I could not afford the constant repairs required to keep it. Always electrical too! Shame, they make cute cars that are pieces of junk! I came in only to ask them about a price of a vehicle. Instead, they kept trying to persuade me into buying and not getting done what I asked of them, which was only asking for a price. Instead of respecting the fact that I was car shopping and wanting to weigh my options before making a decision, they tried to convince me that there was no where else to go but there. UPDATE: Even after I told them that I would not buy from them and that they lost their chance to have me as a customer, they still continued to contact me a week and a half later, even though I told them I was buying from someone else.
