Friendly and helpful! I went here after a horrible experience at Glazmann. The sales associates were helpful and let me see what Subarus was available. They were so helpful and rolled out the red carpet for us. The finance team was able to help with my payment I was comfortable with it. I love my Subaru( this is the second one) their maintenance team is informative and works fast when being serviced.

Michael Boyle, Sales Manager - Colonial Subaru Feasterville, PA

Ever since Karen Byrd, Michael Boyle, the manager has been a clear asshole (sorry for my language). 1. When I told him things were easier when Karen was helping. He said "no, that wasn't Karen, that was me". His attitude was appalling, especially when he refuse to tell me why I could not sell or trade or whatever else I can do to get into another car with less payments. In the end that asshole said "why don't you go somewhere else". I kid you not, those were his words. When I left huff in a huff, I mentioned I don't understand why they are not explaining why I cannot sell or trade my car to get a used or new car with smaller payments (with an 800 credit score co-signer). And then I mention that maybe because I'm black. Mike used that as an excuse and said I made racist comments. Mike is a liar and an asshole. Clearly, his customer service is extremely poor and he does not know how to deal with irate customers. His choice words are rude with a don't car attitude. I voluntarily burn the dam bridge with Colonial Subaru. I'll go elsewhere, like he rudely suggested to me. I know Mike has no real stake in the company so therefore he could care less.

We leased our 2012 Jetta around a year ago and had such a pleasant experience with Art as the salesperson we decided to come back.

And almost all of the five star reviews posted all over the Internet came from accounts with few or no other reviews, heap the same suspicious praise, and commit the same grammatical errors, which suggests that they were written by the same person, perhaps the owner (again, LMAO!). Ditto for the 100-plus filtered five star Yelp reviews. I experienced every high pressure sales tactic in the book from the sales and service departments, both of which work on commission. They pretend to be your caring friends but in reality just want to bleed every cent possible from you even if it means deceiving and outright lying to you. If you enjoy being baited and switched, grossly overcharged for cars and repairs, and played for a fool, Colonial Nissan is the auto dealership for you. I highly recommend that you read all of the one star Yelp reviews before you even think about dealing with Colonial Nissan. Notice that the experiences suggest a consistent pattern of treachery. This is a real review from a real consumer who is just trying to inform other real consumers.

They manager low balled me on my trade which was in excellent condition with low miles. MMR had it for $26k and he offered me $20k. I wanted to leave but my daughter loved the car so I stayed and negotiated back and forth until we agreed on the trade in value. They had us waiting hours to complete the paperwork even though I was paying cash. We finally were able to leave by 830pm. They sold the car in less than a month. I would never buy another car from Faulkner Mazda in Traverse again. They are your typical dealer who has no problem insulting the customer with lowball trade in values. Oh and their detail department is horrible on a new car delivery.

We agreed to pay the full asking price and were very excited to get the deal completed. Cash deal no games. I informed our salesman that we had a hard stop at 4:15 to return to NJ to pick up our daughter. Also we took an Uber to the dealership so we could drive the purchase home. When we threatened to leave the sales manager came out. He was abrasive to say the least. My two favorite comments were. What did you think was gonna happen your not buying a toaster. Next comment was we are not a McDonalds drive through. Well I guess you are not focused on your customers either. I would suggest if you value customer service that you find another dealership for your automotive needs. I have already located a comparable vehicle 2k cheaper.

I once again explained that I would like it to get in earlier because steering failing is way more dangerous than AC not working. Come Saturday. Steering totally fails. I ask for them to send a tow because what I told them could happen...:: did happen. I was told to call roadside myself or they could give me a tow companies number. The vehicle arrives at the dealership and I requested them to run a scan on the car to see preliminarily how long I would have to have another car and be out of my car. The service department refused to do that because my appointment wasn't until Monday. No loaner car was offered. My car went in at 7:40 AM on Monday and they did not contact me until 3:40 PM and let me know that my car would not be ready till friday or Monday and only now asked if I needed a loaner car. If the service department would have listened to the customer, this possibly could have been avoided altogether. But I was treated like I didn't know anything and due to the fact that I cannot take my car to another mechanic because it is a warranty issue. I feel as though I was placed to the side.
