Though I'm glad he did it - the worst part of it was seeing him walk around with a black light and illuminating (then cleaning) all of the stains that you wouldn't otherwise see. It was also great to hear how they use a more expensive, but neutral pH soap which is safer for pets and babies. So the net of it is - 1 year later, and these guys are still going strong!

I have held off writing a review to give the company time to respond to my complaint and demand for a refund - recognizing that the holidays has everyone busy. At this point, I have received no response at all. I called on a Saturday and scheduled the service - to clean about 500-600 sq. ft. of laminate floor - the following Friday. I was told that would be fine and the technician would call to schedule a time. By Thursday, I had not heard from anyone so I called and was told that they call the day of. On Friday, I wait for my call. By 10:30am, still nothing. I call again and they explain that once the technician knows the window they will call. I finally get a call at 12:30PM to say they can be at my house between and 3pm and 5pm. At 4:30pm in the afternoon, no one has arrived or called. I call the technician who gave me the window of time and I am told that the previous job took longer than he expected and he was on the way back to the shop to get the equipment he would need to clean my floors. However, he was stuck in traffic and the shop closed at 5pm. He was not sure at this time if he would make it. I was unhappy and I said, well let's see if you can at least get to the shop and then we can go from there. 5:30pm - still no call to let me know the status. I call the main number back and inquire on if someone is still coming out. I was told that the technician now needed to go to Cedar Park to get equipment to do my job and since I live out by the airport, it was going to be a while. I was given the choice of another two hour window for Saturday or "as long as I don't care what time he came, he could come tonight". All of my furniture was cramped in my dining rooms and other various parts of the house to allow for this service and given how today had gone, I was not willing to have a repeat on a Saturday. As the customer, I tried to explain that this was a big inconvenience for me and that I had plans for Friday night and for Saturday. I was told "so do we. You need to decide if you want us to come out tonight or tomorrow." I said - fine tonight, feeling like I had no choice with my busy weekend ahead. The technician finally shows up at my house at 8:45pm. The only equipment he brought was a MOP AND A SPRAY BOTTLE. He proceeds to mop my floor with some chemical - he DID NOT VACUUM OR EVEN SWEEP before mopping. I said several time that I had two dogs. After he was done with the first floor he says "I didn't realize how much dog hair there was, but let it dry and you'll be able to sweep it right up tomorrow." He then tried to push me to allow him to put a sealant down for an additional fee, which I declined. He was gone in not quite an hour - for a job that I was told would take at least two. Next morning, I have a sticky, sticky mess on my hands. The hair and all debris is stuck in the chemical he used to "clean" my floor. You can still see dirt marks and foot prints through the house. I sent pictures to the company and have emailed three times requesting a refund - they didn't even call the next day to see how I liked their service. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and did not deliver on the promise to clean my floors. I had to hire another company to come and strip off what they did and actually clean my floors. When that company was done, you could see your face in it was so clean. Austin Seam Clean and the parent company Health Homes, Inc. are terrible and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your cleaning needs. I am still demanding a refund because I did not get what I agreed to - clean laminate floors. I will continue to post updates on the status of a resolution.

He quoted me a really good price and I kept his information while I shopped around and got other bids. The first company (a different cleaning company) came out to give me a bid and gave me a very high pressured pitch to clean my floors that day. I couldn't make sense of his estimate details so I did not hire him. The second quote (again, another company) seemed good, but their prices were just too high for what I wanted to spend. So I called Mike again and talked to him at length about his process and then I found his Yelp reviews and decided to hire him. I was a little nervous because I found him on Craigslist, but I am so happy I hired him now. Mike said he would be at my house at 10:00am on Saturday (8/24/2015) and I was shocked when he backed into my driveway at 10:01am. I told him he was the most punctual contractor I had ever met. Mike was really professional and friendly and we got along really well. He is the owner and operator of the business and we talked at length about various subjects while he was taking a break. I really liked him and I would definitely hire him in the future. I'm really happy with the finished product and Mike was super friendly.

I was quoted 2800 which is beyond excessive but having no other choice on such short notice and him having decent reviews I choose his company. Nothing was done, the house was filthy , the rugs were half cleaned and still stunk, windows had inches of dust on them, fans covered, hardwood floors scratched and the outside/ driveway was never fully power washed. The small section he did resulted in damaged ceder and needed to be replaced. Took days to get in touch with Lance, and when I finally did he took 0 responsibility put the blame on his people and refused to refund me partially as I had done the job we hired him for by that point. The kicker is he willingly employs a known scam artist by the name of Jeremy Williamson. Who will reach out during the job to offer contracting services. He will then take money , and stretch it out while begging for help with his car , food etc all the while not finishing the job. The little amount he does is wrong, not up to code and flat out doesn't work. In addition to the piles of debris he leaves in your yard. He constantly changes his quote of money owed and what service he will actually be providing. On top of this he will threaten you and your family harm if to pay him what ever money he claims he owe if you catch on and stop paying. Lance has been told about Jeremy yet doesn't care and still employs him. Stay far far away from this sham of a company
