They left and I noticed the house wasn't cooling so I went into the attic to check and one of the ducts had completely separated from the air handler blowing all my cold air into the attic. Multiple calls and texts that afternoon and evening went unanswered until he finally returned a text that night and said someone would be out the next morning. I rigged the ductwork myself to get some air flowing into the house and they came out the next day and fixed it or so I thought. We got into winter and we rarely run the heat so didn't notice any more issues until I went up into the attic at the start of the this summer and the attic was cool again. There were leaks all over where the ducts attach to the air handler. Gonzales said he'd have someone out later that week but they didn't show. He then guaranteed someone would come out on Monday morning and they didn't show. On Tuesday a couple of guys showed up and "fixed" the leaks. I went back up into the attic a day later and the attic was cool again. It was leaking everywhere again. All of the sealant they had used was still wet and never set so it obviously wasn't mixed right. I texted Gary and no response. Sent him pictures of all the leaks and no response. I patched it myself with tape and will call another AC company to come do it right.
