He is extremely meticulous and such a perfectionist to the extent I thanked him for it numerous times. He set things up exactly as I wanted them despite it being tougher than setting it up a different way. I told him if it was much tougher to mount the center speaker horizontally he could mount it vertically but he went ahead doing it exactly the way I wanted without a second thought. He first setup my tv to the receiver with a toslink. After I asked him how I would get Atmos capability he offered to come back to install it with HDMI. At the time I was at work but he was about to head right over. I fiddled on it that evening and I mentioned that a phone call would probably suffice to walk me through it, but I was able to figure it out on my own. He called me the very next day to walk me through it. I am extremely happy with the job he has done. He stamps his work with excellence, so if you want a great setup for a great price don't bother looking elsewhere.

We looked around for someone to install security cameras on our house after both of our son's bikes…read morewere stolen from the yard! Our experience with Buttonwood Communications was great. They were friendly and were able to provide an estimate of the work. Brad, the owner came to house and walked thru our property and gave us some feedback on the best spots to place the cameras to capture the property. He was great with giving us options for what we wanted/needed as well. We decided to go with 4 exterior cameras to cover all doorways and the side alleyways. We purchased the DVR that could handle up to six cameras so that we had room to add more cameras if we needed to in the future. Brad installed everything and then took the time to walk us thru how to review the footage on the DVR and also set-up our smartphones so that we could view our property at any time over the web. Since the installation we have provided the police footage of a motorcycle being stolen from in front of the house AND of someone committing arson to my neighbors house (lucky camera angle). We feel so much safer. From start to finish we had such a positive experience with Button Communications and have referred them to neighbors and friends!
